You missed my point. If she has learning disabilities and severe mental illness she is not able to 'put on her big girl panties'.

You don't just tell a person with cancer to 'get over it' do you?

No but I do not recommend people with health or mental problems that are to the degree that it prevent them from being proper or even minimally adequate parents to have and continue to have children either.

For people who didn't hear the show... Rickie Lyles is Tatum's brother in law.

I don't necessarily either but you can't just go along castrating/tying tubes or playing God. That would become a very slippery slope. Where would it end? Then you start getting into eugenics.

Do you castrate those with depression, sickle cell, dwarfs, people in wheelchairs?

Shamika said "I know some people who know your uncle, is it true that he's from Kenilworth?" What is she getting at? This is eating me up!

I'm sorry, I know we had a recap. I am just listening to see if I missed anything last night and some key points jumped out at me.

And if she has mental problems or is learning disabled, would she not qualify for SSI or SSDI?
Just MOO as usual.

  • #427
I feel like her only disability is dope.

I know what you mean. It was as if she was threatening to tell something she knew about KT.

She would certainly qualify but you need some type of wits to even apply properly. Heck, she might get it, I haven't heard if she does or does not.

Disability is extremely hard to get approved for. You need all of the proper documentation from doctors and witness statements and several other things that even the smartest people mess up. That is why there are lawyers that specialize in disability and only disability.

Almost everyone gets denied the first time.

My father is a disabled veteran and he got denied 3 times!! He is severely disabled and can barely even walk.

This really gets to me. IF it was a veiled threat it tells us a couple of things. First that Shamika is smarter than many people might think. She not only recognized a need to control things, she managed to do it in such a way that he understood even if we didn't. She didn't just blurt it out.

Second that Shamika is into something deep enough that she feels she needs to control things. Most people with missing kids want more info to come out. They don't want to shut info down.

Those that have done background checks on KLT have you come up with any connections to the area she mentioned, or even someplace close by? The connection may be years ago. I would love to know if Shamika has any connection to that place, but we aren't supposed to slueth her so I guess I'll never know.

I was thinking last night that that was the oddest interview of family that I had ever seen. No pleas that if you saw her, no mention of please bring her home. Just really odd.

we are sliding off topic here.

Where is Relisha Rudd?

Whatever her mother's deficits are, be they moral, physical or psychological ones, they are secondary to that question in my mind.

I just keep thinking that Karl changed his name to Kahlil and I know there is or was another person in his close circle who had or used that same name, Kahlil. His last name was the same as Tatum's sister's husband... (same last name as RSL.) I can't shake the feeling that Karl Lee Tatum, who we believe changed his name to Kahlil Malik Tatum, may have other aliases or may have stolen the ID of someone really named Khalil or this KL and did the prison time for KT. Or KT did the time for a KL. I don't know but I am having a real issue with whether or not the man who went to prison, in 2003, is the man who would later have that identity....does anyone feel there is something questionable about whether the man being referred to today, as KMT/KLT, is the same man who did time in 2003-2011? I hope this makes sense.

but weren't people yelling things out in the background? questions for her to say? it could be MYT doing the threatening through the telephone game...

My point above...did KLT/KMT ever go by the name Kahlil L*Y13$?

And to answer the above question re: whether Tatum ever lived in Kenilworth...Yes, there are several links to the NE/SE neighborhoods that are VERY close to Kenilworth.

  • #437
Could anyone tell me if MYT, AY, and SY are living together right now? Did MTY take SY in for the time being? I'm surprised that SY pointing blame at her mother and sister hasn't strained the relationship for the three of them yet.

  • #438
One more thing and I will try to drop this KLT/KMT identity issue.

I want DC police and Prince Georges County to verify with Virginia that the DNA of the man found dead in the shed at Kenilworth Gardens is the same as the man incarcerated in Virginia between 2003 and 2011.

Just food for thought as nobody is above suspicion....
Sometimes those involved in a case know more about the case, and squeeze in on the investigation, to be a part of it.. IMO

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Andre, did you know that reports are that your uncle had filed for divorce from his wife of 24 years, the wife he`s now suspected of murdering?

TATUM-JONES: I have heard of that. But it wasn`t -- it wasn`t how (inaudible) but I have heard of that, yes.
-

What year and what address did he meet grandson at?
-
S: 63:27- ATJ' "Seen Relisha' plenty of times.
S: 63:35 ATJ' I only seen her one time out with my uncle,I seen her walking with my uncle,I walked with them to the store. Had walked with them before.

-
S:103:10 - SY ' Did she ever mention anything of how she'd gotten with TaTum' that day?
-
ATJ' " No, she, she have never mention how she actually met my uncle or what they Relationship, she never said anything about that, I actually said something to her was "Hi...How you doing...What's your name?????? & Stuff like that, any OTHER TIME beyond that??? she was Cheerful everything, she wanted to play everything..
-
Is this not odd to walk a child out of a shelter to another location when on the job? ATJ' did not question K.T.' where is the mom of this child and should we be doing this?
When did this walk happen, date, year, and what happened when they returned from "The store" did Relisha' just go walking in the front doors of the shelter and back to her room to her mother. What was bought and what was time span back and forth from store?

I'm a suspect, you a suspect, everyone is a suspect until Relisha' comes home and tells us her story, Sorry. It's just like that IMO..

Totally O/T....

I applied for disability on-line, never used an attorney, and was approved in 5 months.
It goes to show how generalizations should not be applied to every situation or every person.
End of O/T

Where is Relisha? That is my only concern.
