It seems like no one in this family cares that other family members have no home. If anyone in my family was homeless, they would be welcome in so many different places.

I'm loving KW and his fact checks. I like that if he doesn't know something he has it checked out.

I don't know if it's that simple. I know that many of these places the family lives are public housing. You are not allowed to have overnight guests in public housing. Yes they do check and yes neighbors do tell.

If you rent a room somewhere you most likely can not have overnight guests but for maybe one or two nights a month.

When I leased an apartment years ago I had 2 roomies. Our lease said we were not allowed to have overnight guests more than 5 days in a row with a a max of 10 days a month.

I don't think there were many options.

Good question! No one wants to answer except ISC who says she didn't know about KT.
