Someone needs to pull every record, every scrap of paper, all civil and any criminal records, tax forms, requests for assistance, addresses, she has lived. A complete full life track of this women. Then cross reference everyone else to those records. There is a hidden connection and that will be the key to finding Relisha.

If Relisha is still alive, then they (either AY & MYT or SY and/or all of them or some of them) came up with some kind of unofficial custody arrangement and KT facilitated it.
