Absolutely nothing!
I always look forward to your posts because you have an incredible memory for details, a great understanding of human behaviour, your logic is on point and you never hesitate to call a spade a spade.

So, if by sending an answer to that post I offended you AK, I'm very sorry. Please accept my apology, because that was not my intention.

Oh no you didn't offend me! I can't be offended for something I am. No worries, I just thought I missed something about a player in the case.

It is very interesting to see this information referenced, with no link, no date or background information, in the WAPO article.

I have followed every thread on Relisha and waded into and through the quagmire of dung that is piled on, day after day, by Mr. Warren. So, why is it that I have not heard of the second search where they found a tooth and a hood of a HH jacket?

The longer this goes on, the more I believe that Relisha is still being used for fame, notoriety, and ultimately money. I think that the grandmother knows exactly what happened to Relisha Rudd and that Tatum was used in the process and became expendable. I have to wonder if these items are being planted and the responsible parties are leading these amatuers around by their respective noses. How many people will profit off of this sad story?

I can barely come here, even to the generic thread, because it is always about this imbicile KW and his followers...now WUSA, WJLA, News4 Washington, ugh, they are all giving this attention seeker much more than his 15 minutes of fame. It is utterly reprehensible.

They mentioned finding the hood and the tooth on the radio show. The "mother/grandma" of the group mentioned them most recently. They also talked about finding a bag of lime.

There are a couple of schools that are near the park in addition to housing developments near that park that are filled with kids. It is very possible that these items came from a child more recently which is why LE would not have seen them during their search. The HH jackets are very popular amongst youngsters in certain parts of DC. I meant to look them up to see if they have the detachable hoods. (Apparently they do have detachable hoods).

ITA 100% with everything you said here. The part that is BBM is the number one reason I no longer contribute. :banghead:

I completely agree, AK.
I wouldn't be surprised if the hood and tooth were planted, either.
I mean, come on, LE overlooked a purple hood just like Relisha's?
That his searchers have found something every time they go out?
This is not a game of Clue.

All they have to do is abstract DNA from the tooth and see if it matches Relisha's then they will know. She is at the age were she could still be loosing teeth.

RSBM

On the 14th Brenda mentioned on the radio show a black glove and a mound. She also talked about it on the 15th saying KT lost a glove and they were going to go back and search that area again.
Also on the 15th she mentioned the hood of a jacket(?)
(had to refresh my memory by going back to my post with TurtlePie #305)

I think that was the night everyone kept asking if they informed and gave the findings to LE….and they ignored!

(sorry if crossing the TOS line discussing the radio show on this thread)

They are going to have a huge problem if they are saying these things were found and yet nothing has been given to LE. imo

IIRC there was talk on the TF page before it went secret, that KW was out at the park searching on his own the day or so before the "official" search. He was up to his knees in the marsh...or something to that effect. Unfortunately my first thought was of planting objects. I have no proof that is what was going on, just a suspicion (which I wish I didn't have). Hoping that is not what is going on and that LE IS keeping close tabs on their comings and goings at the park.

CRAP...Wrong Thread to be posting this! I will copy past to other thread... BIG APOLOGIES MODS!!! (just call me DUH!!!)

  • #992
well since no one has come back to this general thread to update on the BIG NEWS from the self styled task force I can only assume it is yet more non news pretending to be news form the mouth of one whose sole goal in this matter is self promotion.

And so the lack of REAL news continues.

So sad for this baby. This whole shebang that has grown around her case is just so danged wrong on all levels.

  • #993
there is no real news. Relisha hasn't been found and it was just a ton of trifflin' behavior by Shamika, Melissa and the men of Relisha's family DURING the vigil (as in there were fights).

I do not feel that this case has been given up on but I do think we are going to see a big huge lull because MPD and the FBI has stated they believer Relisha's remains made it to the landfill. Given the amount of time Shamika wasted in reporting her daughter missing (and had to be coaxed to do so!), there is no way if Relisha is in a landfill ... that she will ever be found.

Our main suspect is dead, his wife is murdered and now we are waiting on the GrandJury to decide if there will be charges against those I just mentioned.

I pray every last one of these triflin folks are charged with their role in pandering Relisha to Tatum. The mother, the former BF, the grandmother, the dang lot.

I'm heartbroken for Relisha. She never stood a chance. I haven't posted for a long time because I know I'd be suspended. I have had an education, one I never realized I needed, about poverty in the AA community and I have learned so much. Thank you to all on this thread who have taken the time to fill us all in on the family dynamics of a poverty-stricken underclass. I refuse to believe that the majority of people stuck there are *IMO* abusers. I am probably naive as hell, but being poor does not equal incomprehensible behavior.

My mom was raised in extreme poverty and I knew my Nana until I was 10, when she died far too young. She was poor. Like scraping seaweed and barnacles off the fishing boats poor. There was pride. The neighbors looked out for each other. They had nothing. Nothing. But this?

I'm sorry, I'm rambling. I just think this that whatever happened to Relisha is NOT a result of poverty. It is a result of people not having a basic respect for human life. And that is a whole other issue. Whenever LE charges, and I believe they will, it will not shock any of us. And I hope all of those children are placed in loving homes.

RBBM. What is the AA community? When I see AA on here, I think of Amber Alert, lol. Please clarify. TIA.

I think African American, Cinnamon

  • #999
Cinnamon, I was referring to the African-American community. I do not know if that is a current nomer but I used it because so may people on this thread who are involved in the community concerned use it. If there is a more current designation, and I have caused offense, I apologize.

Oh, wow, really?! Seriously?

Thanks for clarifying , KanyeTwitty.

If that's what was meant by AA, then --

I am sitting on my hands and going into  mode before I get in trouble. But before I do, I will say is this:

I am personally offended by that comment. That type of poverty and "family dynamics of a poverty-stricken underclass" is not just in the "AA" community. And, that's all I got to say about that! :-(

On that note, I'm going to step away from here for a few days.

Goodnight, all.

Goodnight, Relisha.
