Who knows; maybe headed to the bars on U Street? I live around 15 blocks from that area. Not at all far from highly congested, downtown DC. Very chilling.

Sources say Wint's brother and a woman were in the back of box truck with the cash.Wint was passenger in a Chevy Cruze following truck.

I am not a criminal...but if I was, I think I would have been the one in the back of the truck, hidden from view!!

Not that is sounds like it matters in this case...as they were following the 2 vehicles from a motel. It wasn't a running a red light/tail light out traffic stop. Though those types of arrests tickle me to no end! LOL!!

But still...if I was using my brain, I still would have been hidden!
