Last seen near the Kennedy Center in northwest D.C. May be in need of medical care. "Schmalz is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds and has auburn hair. When she disappeared, she was wearing a short black dress with short sleeves, black sandals and a silver necklace with charms."
