Unfortunate how our society and system is more concerned about the health of murderers than actual justice. These two heathens, no doubt, will commit horrifying crimes until their last breath.

It would also be nice if the deceased’s name was inserted into the thread headline, as opposed to his occupation.

I'm still confused by the rush to give them this plea deal. We all know the legal system does not move THAT quickly. Who are these girls related to that they want this swept under the rug asap?

I really don't know how it could have shook the nation although it certainly should have. It hasn't even received much attention here. Very few pages from the time the victim was murdered.

I haven't seen much national MSM even covering this horrific act whatsoever. Just a blip and they seemed have moved on.

I just read this morning that more WDC minors have struck again already in another carjacking.

Imo, it will not stop as long as the WDC police department keeps making excuses for these brazen criminals, and the DA giving them ridiculously soft plea deals.

More innocent lives will be senselessly lost because teens there know nothing will happen to them even if they windup murdering more people.

The only one I've seen giving this heartbreaking case the airtime it deserves is Fox News.

It's a terrible message when any PC makes excuses for the inexcusable, but it's happening more, and more.

I read another case in WDC where minors stole a vehicle, and smashed into a young man's vehicle in his thirties killing him. He was going to get Easter items for his children, and never made it back home again to his loved ones.

When is the PC going to wake up, and realize this is a dangerous situation for his law abiding citizens? I doubt it will happen, and these minors won't pay a heavy price for killing the young man either.

How many have to die or be gravely injured by criminal minors before he cares?
