The little boy, between two and four years old, was found in the 1500 block of Benning Road NE at 4:30 a.m. Friday. He was wearing Mickey Mouse pajamas, and was carrying black canvas gym shoes.

The little boy is between two and three feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He has brown curly hair and brown eyes.

How?? This makes my mind swim with thoughts. Anger at the person responsible for watching him....but then I worry about the "what ifs." What if his caretaker is ill? Or has died? Prayers he finds his family.
