An order was granted on October 16, 2018 for custody of Aliyah Fassett to be handed over to the Division of Family Services. Her mother, Andrea Brickhouse, 37, was advised of the ruling, but she refused to comply.

Aliyah is described as a black female, 3'0" tall and she weighs about 30 lbs. There is no photograph available for her.

Brickhouse is known to frequent the Wilton area of New Castle and has ties to Wilmington

New Castle – The Delaware State Police are attempting to locate four year old Aliyah Fassett, and have issued an arrest warrant for her biological mother, 37 year old Andrea Brickhouse, for failing to relinquish custody.

I zoomed in on the map and don't see an area called Wilton in New Castle. I haven’t found anything obvious stating the mother has been found yet either.

The Wilton area is near the Walmart in New Castle, near where Rte13 and Rte 40 split. There are a lot of apartments and housing developments in the area.

I assume she's still missing. Bumping case up. Last update I could find was December 15, 2019 saying she's still missing.
