Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 35-year-old man. Cornell Kahaulelio was last seen leaving a residence in the 700 Block of Forrest Street on foot. Kahaulelio made concerning statements prior to his departure and has a condition that may impact his health and safety if not monitored properly. Cornell Kahaulelio is 5’11”, 190 pounds, shaved head, no facial hair, and was last seen wearing dark sweatpants. No further description was available.
