In the photo of mum she looks like she has been crying, and is it similar to a mug shot? I'm not sure.

AMBER Alert: Toddler kidnapped in Delaware is in ‘imminent danger’
''The mother, 26-year-old Angelina Lopez, had reportedly been at her cousin’s home on Saturday night to spend time with her son. According to the report, the cousin has custody of Cristobal, and discovered the Lopez and the boy were missing at about 5 a.m. on Sunday.

Cristobal Lopez has brown eyes and brown hair and was reportedly last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt and blue shoes.

Angelina Lopez is described as a Hispanic woman with light skin, brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and approximately 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue pants and a long-sleeve black T-shirt.

Authorities have not yet released a vehicle description, but Angelina Lopez is believed to have taken a light blue and black child’s car seat from her cousin’s home.

AMBER ALERT ISSUED for Missing Child-This is an AMBER ALERT ACTIVATION - Delaware State Police - State of Delaware

To Note
•The preliminary investigation has determined that Cristobal was last seen on the evening of July 25, 2020, in the unit block of South Front Street, Georgetown, while in the custody of the child’s cousin.
•On Sunday, July 26, 2020 at around 5:00 a.m. the cousin discovered that Cristobal had been taken by his mother 26-year-old ANGELINA L. LOPEZ of Seaford, DE.
•Angelina had made arrangements to stay at her cousin’s house for the evening to visit with her child.
•Angelina has an active court order indicating that the child is to remain in the custody of the cousin & is to have no unlawful contact or unsupervised visits with Cristobal.
•Detectives believe the child may be in imminent danger.
•An active felony warrant for breach of release for Angelina is currently being obtained by the Georgetown Police Department with further charges pending.
•There is no vehicle information at this time, but a light blue car seat was taken.

The Georgetown Police Department are activating an AMBER ALERT Georgetown- On Monday, July 27, 2020, the Georgetown Police Department is actively searching for a missing child, 2-year-old CRISTOBAL L. LOPEZ. The Georgetown Police Department received information today that Cristobal has been missing since sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The preliminary investigation has determined that Cristobal was last seen on the evening of July 25, 2020, at 15 South Front Street, Georgetown while in the custody of the child's cousin. On Sunday, July 26, 2020 at approximately 500 a.m. the cousin discovered that Cristobal had been taken by his mother 26-year-old ANGELINA L. LOPEZ of Seaford, DE. Angelina had made arrangements to stay at her cousin's house for the evening to visit with her child. Angelina has an active court order indicating that the child is to remain in the custody of the cousin and Angelina is to have no unlawful contact or unsupervised visits with Cristobal.

Investigation Begins to Find Missing Georgetown Boy

Georgetown Detective Joseph Melvin told WRDE there was a call for a child abuse complaint on June 5.

"The victim was her son Bristol," Melvin said. So, after she was arrested she was released with bail conditions that she could only have contact with Cristobal through supervised custody so that is why we have concerns for Aristocrat's safety right now."

"We just want to keep pushing the photographs out of Cristobal and his mother," Melvin said. "If they see anybody that looks like them, please call 911 immediately. The faster we can get someone out there to investigate of course there are better chances of identifying them."

Detective Melvin emphasized due to the past history that Cristobal’s safety is of utmost concern, so if you have information make sure you call right away.
