  • Height and Weight: 5'7 - 5'8, 140 - 175 lbs
  • Hair and Eye Color: Black /graying hair and may have braids. Brown eyes
  • Clothing/Jewelry Description/Personal Items: Unknown, but he usually wore a polo shirt and jeans, and carried a cell phone.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Thin mustache. He has a one-inch linear scar at the corner of his eye and a healed fracture to his collarbone. His left ear was pierced at one time. His fingernails are slightly larger and more curved than normal.
  • Nicknames/Aliases: Nicknames are Don, Gene, Geno and Tad
  • Identifiers: Fingerprints and DNA available.
  • Other: Harrigan suffers from a medical condition - horizontal nystagmus, an uncontrollable, involuntary rapid and repetitive movement of the eyes.
Details of Disappearance:
Harrigan was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware in February 2005. His family reported him missing on April 23, 2005, after not hearing from him for over two months. While he has been known to be out of touch for days at a time, he had never been out of contact for that long. Harrigan was known to spend time in both Lakeland and Jacksonville, Florida, but officials could find no evidence that he traveled there after his disappearance. His whereabouts remain unknown.

I wonder if he had depression/mental issues, maybe he either committed suicide or went to start a new life. Or maybe he had enemies and was murdered, and his body is buried somewhere discreet. There is nothing really substantial about his personal life to just go missing unexpectedly. I truly believe that there is more under the surface.
