Still no word on the suppression of evidence. However, there is some news. I'm very afraid that this is going to step over the line into the morbid/macabre. The ONLY appropriate use of these toys would be for them to be purchased as a "lot" and donated to a children's charity, with no press release as to where they are headed. That's it. They do not belong on some creepy collector's shelf, IMO.

"REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - Toys and games from a storage unit rented by former Delaware pediatrician accused of sexually abusing children will soon be put up for auction.
Items in the Rehoboth Beach unit once rented by
Dr. Earl Bradley will be auctioned in January because Bradley had not paid rent on the unit in almost a year....."

"....According to the Delaware Attorney General's Office, the items being auctioned are different from those authorities removed from outside of Bradley's office in Lewes in February. Bradley is charged with sexually assaulting more than 100 patients over more than a decade before being arrested in December 2009.
His trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 14.
