A Gold Alert for 38-year-old Lucas Powell of Ocean View was issued on Sunday afternoon. Powell is described as a 6 feet 7 inch tall male with hazel eyes and brown hair. He weighs about 205 pounds. He is believed to be in the Rehoboth Beach area.
