Huaijun Meng's tox report came back. There was no drugs or alcohol in his system. This is one of the gentleman from Illinois.

Missing college male: Trevor Boehm

This may just be a distraught suicide however, items found near or in body of water, I wanted to bring his name to the attention of everyone. What do you think?

I think it is definetly possible. I just found this on KSTP's website also. They think this drowning fits the profile.

I came across this article today. Very intriguing. Goes into depth about a gang called Dealers of Death and the relation to these drownings.
