What changes is the Defense gets the advantage. They get every single piece of evidence and lots of time to play with the court calendar, depose upteem witnesses and strum up professional paid experts; then delay, delay and delay justice. I'm sure you've seen this done before, no?

If he used that on DB, she may crack. Wow! This is exactly what I am talking about. Even if DB did not kill Lisa, she is responsible for her death or abduction. Somewhere, Somehow, people have got to learn NOT to leave their children EVER with a person who is drinking or a druggie. Jeremy stands with her. He is an irresponsible parent.

And if Lisa was Abducted, precisely where do you place the Abductor's responsibility in all of this?
Debbie forced him to steal her child, did she? I wouldn't mind a Quid for every time I've heard that one.
On one Forum I know of they sent messages of support and sympathy to a Convicted Paedophile who was suspected of involvement. He is dead now, but he refused to talk to The Police, so still no one knows if he was responsible. He was certainly in the right place at the right time.

If she weren't drunk, she could at least have been a witness or even dialed 911 and Lisa might have been found right away.

Whomever took or hurt Lisa is 100% (not even just 99%), responsible, no one disputes that.

If DB wasn't drunk/passed out/blacked out or W/E her excuse is, an intruder would be heard, that is, if there was an intruder...or she may have heard the baby monitor or dogs barking. And even is she is a profoundly deep sleeper and not tuned into her baby, she will be perceived as responsible for her child's welfare. If the doors and windows were locked by her, the child would be safe. She can't even recall what she did, FGS!

Let's face it..an intruder is far fetched but I'm willing to try and explain why she is still guilty of child endangerment. You don't get sloshed with a baby in the house and no other sober responsible adult with you...period.

What part of this is hard to comprehend? This is getting more and more difficult to explain. I may need more beer..

You can't bring anyone in if they don't want to talk. That is the problem they had in the Cummings Case. He and his wife refused to talk to LE. They had lawyered up.

They had many invitations but wouldn't go...same with Lisa's bio parents.

As a suspect, I would want to clear my name and get LE moving past me to find the real perp. I would not want this case to drag on forever! I would want my baby back!

Yes, but passed out drunk eliminates the possibility altogether.

Not many babies get stolen. Toddlers and older children, yes, but not babies. It is a rare phenomena.

I think you will find that Debbie tried to tell them that it wasn't her, and she didn't know what happened, but they didn't believe her. What more can she say, and what is the point of going through that again, alone.
She has said she will talk to them if Jeremy and her Lawyer are there. What is wrong with that?

Some of us here have been to this rodeo many, many times. It gets so sad that sometimes a little humor is necessary. My goal in life is to do anything I can to help little children. I feel very sure that DB/JI had something to do with Baby Lisa gone missing, hence, (as Patsy Ramsey would say) the above.
