Fox link posted by Octobermoon in post #681 above.
She says she didn't tell the police about her drinking because it's nothing to do with Lisa going missing. In my book that is a lie. JMO.

And if she doesn't know what happened then how the heck does she know that her drinking had nothing to do with it? What if someone watched her and SB getting drunk and figured out it was his best chance to steal a child from under the nose of a mother who conks out without saying goodnight when she gets drunk. What if someone she was drinking with did it.

How does one lie when they don't disclose it? It's like saying if a woman doesn't tell her husband she went shopping, it's a lie. Makes no sense.

LE didn't ask, she didn't think it had any bearing on Lisa's disappearance at the time so I wouldn't consider it lying.

If she had told LE she didn't drink and she did drink then yes, I would consider that lying.

Her drinking and allegedly "passing out" <people magazine> may have resulted in terrible, unforgiveable, inexcusable, negligeable parenting but it may not have caused this tragedy. She could've been 100% sober, asleep and not heard a single thing with the same outcome.

Here's what Debbie Bradley says about the interview:

http://www.kctv5.com/story/16664445/baby-lisas-mom-says-shes-coming-home

"We are so excited about it," Bradley said about the television appearance. "We cannot wait for it, for her face to be all over television again and reach different people."

Irwin said he was hopeful, too.

"A lot of people will see it and hopefully someone will see her somewhere," he said.

I think casual chat with one's husband has nothing to do with a police interview but lies by omission are just lies to me when the intention is to cover up and to mislead. It was not her place to decide what caused this tragedy and what was relevant and what was not, it was her job to tell the truth to the police so they can figure everything out.

But maybe she was talking about her early media interviews and not the police.

I agree, it's impossible at this point to know exactly what she's talking about. There will be plenty of opportunity to dissect everything that is said and it's pretty much a guarantee one group of people will see things one way and another group the other way.

Another similar comment was in a Dan Abrams interview.
http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/video/missing-baby-lisas-parents-microscope-14752251

DA: “A lot of people have been asking whether you were drinking a lot that night, and whether that might explain something here.”
DB: “It doesn’t explain anything, cause I had nothing to do with anything.”DA: “Were you drinking a lot that night?”
DB: “I was drinking, but it has nothing to do with my daughter’s disappearance. “

Three young children, one a baby, and she "had nothing to do with anything."

I'll say. Nothing. What about child endangerment?

Glad the couple were finally able to find someone willing to do an interview with them and put Lisa's face all over TV again. Must've been tough begging for media attention for their daughter the past four months without success.

I just hope and pray something will come of the show to benefit Lisa.

This specific Dr Phil show won't be aired in my viewing area until 3PM Central. Anyone here getting it any earlier?

It doesn't come on until 3 PM here either. I am fairly certain that it comes on in the morning in some parts of the country.

Dr. Phil was interviewed this morning by Lara Moritz, reporter at KMBC in KC. There are 4 parts to the interview (they are pretty short), they can be found to the right.

The media is camped outside the home again tonight. Jeremy Irwin just came back out and said they talked to the police today. Working to get more details.

DeAnn, why is the media there? It's not because of the Dr Phil show airing tomorrow is it? Because I don't remember that happening before the other major media appearances. What's different?

Good points Donjeta. I've felt pretty much from the beginning that DB was lying intentionally. I hope I'm wrong.

One station did a door knock today. They got at that time an exclusive interview. The other stations saw that and are now attempting to interview them as well. They are there because it will be a top story if not the top story on the 10 p.m. news and they do their live shots there.

Regarding your other question......they were there for all the other interviews. The parents to my knowledge haven't done any interviews since October and the 24/7 media presence went on well into October. Hope that helps.

AW, thank you. For whatever reason, I can't get the Dr. Phil interviews with local TV station to work on my computer. Herky jerky. If anyone can surmise I'd love to know. I missed the part of what he said about whether he thinks they did anything criminally or not. I saw a tease or reference or something.

Link will come shortly on what Jeremy Irwin said about talking to police.

Thanks, interesting comments from Dr Phil. He doesn't seem to be convinced that DB is innocent, but believes that if they are they need to speak to LE so LE can get past them. I take that as they haven't been speaking to LE at all all this time? :waitasec:

In one of them, I think it was part two, he brings up the poly and says that JT said that LE put that misinfo out there to get DB to confess. LE never said anything, it was DB who put it out there. :waitasec:
