But who would have helped her? How would she have gotten ahold of this person to have them assist her? She could not call out on any of the phones. So a friend or family member just happened to stop by, and DB said "Oh hey, glad you came over, I accidentally killed Lisa. Can you please go hide her body for me? Thanks, I'm gonna go to bed now."
Sorry for the sarcasm, but I just don't see how the logistics of this would have even worked. Another theory that I find possible, but not probable.

She had the family car available to her.

Wait what? Why hasn't she sought therapy for herself and her boys before now? Why wait until baby Lisa comes home?

She didn't say she was waiting until Lisa came home....she said EVEN after she comes home...

There is no 'conspiracy theory' as to the dogs. There is a need for verification of 1 hit for very good, logical reasons. Is there ANY mention of a verification hit in the 17 hour search as there should have been? I trust the dogs, myself, much more than about anything else, but there are reasons for it to be done AGAIN in a blind test by another dog. Did this happen? It obviously didn't on the vehicles.

Do we know for a fact that it didn't happen again? I'm quite sure that LE knows a little more than we do about this. I definitely don't proclaim that I know everything about this case, but I do know that there is much more that LE has than we do as the general public.

Now Jeremy says that when he woke her up and she was kind of sleepy and that he said to her that they "needed to get their youngest boy into his own bed." But DB just said 5 minutes ago that both boys were in bed with her.

Both boys were in bed with her originally ~ the oldest one went back to his bed. This has been the story since the beginning.

Huh? I was stating that with all of the handling that was being described of the possible dead baby, it would seem logical that the scent would be in more than one spot on the floor and on more than the very few things listed in the search warrant inventory.

Not if everything was thrown into the final container. I don't think that the scent just hangs in the air. I think it has to be ON something.

I just feel that she's spent so much time justifying her drinking and explaining why it's no big deal and of no consequence whatsoever that one small admission seems to pale.

Yes, especially when she says in the same interview that she always puts her children "first." How are they "first" if your so drunk you can't remember if you've checked on them or not?

DB does protest too much. There are warnings about taking alcohol with any prescription or non prescription drugs as far as I've seen, even Tylenol has a warning. Especially depression/anxiety meds, I've taken them over the yrs and can say not ONE of them did not have the intake of alcohol warning. I'm sure by now LE knows this so why is she bringing it up at all? Or is this part of DB's defense taking shape ? :waitasec:

Thanks. I figured that might be the case with those types of meds. My sister used to take one that made her quite loopy all on its own.

It does seem kind of disingenuous for DB to state that about her medicine, as if she is so naive that she has no idea there could be consequences to taking anxiety meds with alcohol because the med is "not a narcotic."

She seems bright enough to realize you shouldn't mix the two. There was some purpose for her having stated that, IMO. Guess it's just one of those things to store in the memory bank and see what, if anything, it may turn out to mean later on. Lots of those in this case!

DB's statement today was that "the boys were sleeping with me that night."

What would be a deal breaker is if a cadaver dog hit on those purple shorts and top. This child wasn't dressed for bed. When did she disappear?

JMO ... but I wonder IF something happened to Lisa BEFORE the "wine run" ...

 almost forgot -- some "baby items" were purchased along with the wine ...

JMO ... but "something ain't right" about that wine run ... it could have been STAGED ...

MOO ...

I don't think she is 'pulling' anything off at all, bright or not...I think she is a very sad mommy missing her baby girl.

I can't figure out why Dr. Phil didn't push them on why they haven't been actively searching for her - I don't mean physically, I mean on national news when they were asked - handing out fliers, hiring a licensed private detective able to work in KC. Why?? Missing her baby girl and doing nothing only makes since if she is resolved to the fact that the baby girl is gone forever.

She had the family car available to her.

If a dead Lisa was transported in that car, why didn't the HRD dogs hit on that car?

The discussion was about hitting on the cars. If the dogs would have hit on the vehicles 2 times, it seems that if they were not taken into as evidence, that would have been a major blunder on LE. I don't think they would have done that, especially with the FBI being involved also. They should have taken everything that had a verification hit in for testing. Otherwise, why even bother with bringing in dogs in the first place?

I haven't been able to keep up with this thread...

Seeing the mom on Dr. Phil made me believe her. Dad didn't say anything worth thinking about. I thought "they" did it, but now I'm not so sure.

Interesting, have you followed the case closely? I can see how someone who hadn't followed the case might think a bit differently. TIA

I have explained my theory on that about a dozen times on here. I still would love to get the opinion of one of our SAR people about that, but I don't think it would have been impossible for her to just walk to the river either.

I must have missed the conversation about the dogs hitting on a vehicles 2 times. And, I agree, that would have been a blunder.

I think she is bringing it up because people are accusing her of being an alcoholic drug addicted baby killer.

She is clearing up the fact that the 'drugs' were meds.

I have seen people here and elsewhere state that they take anti depression/anxiety meds in the a.m. that would not be affected by drinking in the evening...

That hurt my feelings ~ I have a great character!!:innocent:

It didn't hurt my feelings, because I don't care who likes the fact I was engaged to my wife before the d.i.v.o.r.c.e. was finalized :great:

I just bumped the dog threads. I would love to hear your theory and the question only thread is there also.

Sparklin, I bet you have ALL KINDS of character! :)

Well, if anything horrible ever happens in my life (God forbid) then everyone will get to know just how much character I have...and can I say YIKES :floorlaugh:

No. 1 dog hit does not mean anything definite.
The entire premise of the 17 hour search was based on 1 hit on the floor area to be able to bring MORE dogs in. I would hope it was to verify the 1 initial hit. No mention of a hit on the search on the 17th in the cars and we have reporter tweets stating on that day vehicles were searched. There is ALSO no hits reported on the 17 hour search on the cars. The cars are listed in the search warrant to be searched. The inventory list does not list them as taken either. So IMO no dogs hit on the car after multiple searches being done on them.

IIRC they even issued a no fly zone alert so the dogs could do their job properly, in fact, IIRC they were using special dogs and a new technique.
