first of all, two of your link's were the same article. I never did find part 3&4.
And yes, maybe I am stupid, but I still can not see how this in any way explains KC"s lies and actions, her cold indifference to the death of her baby. Maybe you should e-mail this to JB?

In regards to KC or the A's having any "connections" to anyone, if you get my drift- I just don't see it.
First- KC would not have to steal petty monies from family and friends.
Second- The A's would not have been having financial problems.
Third and most importantly - They are not the type of people that those "People" would want anything to do with. They have nothing to offer those types of "people."
If there is any monies to be gotten, or promised, it would have to be deals about a movie and /or books.

I really think they will go with the smoke & mirrors defense. They will attack forensic evidence ("junk science") while throwing out distractions. There really isn't any other way for them to defend her. She's really painted herself in a corner with her ridiculous statements to police.

believe the defense ONLY defense will be in the forensic evidence. Attacking of that and as far as EB husband being such a renowned scientist, I believe his opinion has been debunked more than once~ Such as HL with MM, he missed the small injection mark in her thigh.. These expert witnesses are not the perfect witness! JMO and NICE JOB ON THE POST~~

:yow: Yes he does!! That's what's been so funny all along. I don't understand the "ugly coping" theory. In his comparison of KC's case to the case of CS, CS was charged with the murder of her husband not her child... a jury is not as sympathetic IMO to a woman charged with murdering her child, and then see the mother out "partying like a rockstar" days later. JMO

I think if the SA sticks to the evidence and facts that they can present in this case, they are home free. :woohoo:

Casey's time on June 16 was limited. I believe she deliberately and efficiently gagged Caylee because it was the fastest and most effective way to accomplish what Casey wanted done. JMO

You know, I have been thinking all this time that she had been drugging poor Caylee. I had never allowed myself to think about the above possibility. With the release of the documents indicating no drugs in the toxicology reports, your theory could be a possibility. She could have used the tape to suffocate her. Wow...that is just so horrific...

Great topic RevCrim. It's just that there are too many topics within the one topic. so in the future when we try to resurrect the conversation for new information or its relevance during trial, it is frustrating because there is talk of filicide, hairs and ugly coping all in one thread. If you would like to start a thread debunking each separate defense that would be great. Then we could have focused discussion on each defense and will be more valuble to us during trial or as new evidence becomes available. I bumped some threads to see if they help, but break it down. thanks!
