I don’t mind dissatisfaction as long as it doesn’t get nasty. I still asked a question about Grund and Kronk. Kronk sold a picture of the snake for $20K and suddenly, that’s OK? Whoa. I feel sorry for the next person who knocks on his door or flips him off in traffic (if he gets a concealed carry license along with that gun). I hope he remembers he can't bring that gun into the court room.

Yes, any news is good news. Negative reporting still keeps you in the spotlight. BUT...NEGATIVE PUBLICITY that originates from you......is NOT good PR. It's professional (won't use the term here as he is threatening to buy a gun).

Wow! MD is off the charts today!! And he never answered the person who asked why he was driving to the SA office. He left a cliff hanger again..putting all posts in moderation and will tell why later.

My guess is the SA's office turned him away. No one will want to talk to him now. IMO

No one is going to take anything this guy claims more seriously than a Joy letter or one of those letter writers who spoke of O'Town's finest. His blogs cannot be taken seriously, imo. I bet his family is mortified!!!

If I am not mistaken, it appears he is reacting a posting from last nite on some site he posts on that has to do with baldaintbeautiful....supposively, a post was made threatening to show up at MD's house and post used the word "kill"....apparently it was someone posing as an imposter of a regular poster there...

Gossipy yes....but just trying to explain why MD may have included that statement....

Ok went back and found a 4th signature of KC. This is taken from ZFG AND KC Defendant's Answer to Plaintiff 1/30/2009.

Thank you so much for posting all 4 of those signatures. To me I see that the first and fourth are more than likely to truly be Casey's. The second and third appear to be from someone who has tried to copy Casey's signature. So again, if it can be proven that Casey did not in fact sign the latest motion then is it really a legal document that must be ruled on by Judge Strickland? If Baez or someone else signed Casey's name does it make that motion null and void? Would that also make the motion strictly a publicity stunt to have people suspect that Judge Strickland is biased and has done something wrong? I don't understand how someone can have that much of a difference in their signatures as there are always tells even when we try to disguise our identity. The Ys are very clearly not the same.

SOTS and Kent, I hope I was clear in my earlier post. I didn't mean to sound at all like I was ungrateful for others relaying to us that he was continuing to blog. I strictly meant that I felt he would do everyone (including himself) a favor by just opting to be quiet until JS issues his decision.

I am not a lawyer, but it is my belief that if one of the defense lawyers or someone in their employ forged Casey's name that would be HUGE!!! THis is why you will see paralegals ( when the client cannot make it in to the law office) taking documents to someone's home, the hospital, to the grocery store to be signed with a box of Cheerios under it...because one cannot sign someone else's name to a sworn document, even if they say to you, just sign it for me. When you sign a client’s name to a document under the penalties of perjury, you are also misrepresenting your signature to be that of the client. Your client’s authorization does not cure this problem. The judge and the bar would be all over them like white on rice. It would be..in slang...the mother load. It would not be the judge leaving the case, but someone sure would be! For those reasons I don't think they would risk it. She may just play doctor and try to sign her name fast, based on her mood. Well...these folks do seem to live in a parallel universe, so who knows what their limit is. Many, many, many a time I have found their moral compass askew. After that Todd video...............nothing would surprise me.

I think you were wise to call an end to it. Its moot anyway, the judge will rule and it will be over one way or the other.

I wonder what JS thinks about MDs blog now. Sadly, I think this only serves to add to the concern that is outlined in the motion currently before the court. IF JS thinks MDs blog is fair and impartial and/or one of the best out there (not saying I believe or disbelieve these statements), the current implosion at MD would be even more disconcerting IF I were the defendant in a death penalty case.

I trust the Judge will do what he feels is proper in this case. I just can not help but wish the decision would be made asap lol!

While I think it is rather shabby of the defense to give a copy of their motion to the media BEFORE they filed it, and it might be unethical, it is not illegal correct?

Interesting to see if any other local media outlet will report on this, because it seems pretty obvious, even to me, that there is more than one motion to recuse out there. We all know how important it is to the different local stations, ratings wise, to have the 'inside track' or scoop the other guy.

I would love to see this story get as much press as the original story did because it is even more interesting. I strongly suspect that reporters and other read here, so if someone from the media is reading along with us right now (30 memebers and 38 guests), how about stepping up to the plate and taking a swing at this? It shouldn't be too hard for an intrepid reporter to verify this - don't they have all sorts of 'experts around to turn to?
