But it won't be nonsense when he ASKS for more money from the JAC. Perhaps their denial should include "taxpayer nonsense".

I was highly offended - and REALLY PO'd - about the "Taxpayer nonsense" comment by Jose Baez. Look for that video comment to become viral.

He did admit to Kathi later that he was not asking the JAC to pay for their airfare. I still want to see the JAC invoices, however. :snooty:

I think that they are just trying to stay the course, i.e., on the wrong side of public opinion.

This isn't about KC or Caylee, this is all about attitude and perceived 'fame' as celebrities.

Jose opens mouth, inserts foot ... AGAIN! Talk about someone who needs a PR person ... but his ego is too big and he DOES love that media attention no matter how stupid or inept he may look ...

That one statement says it all ... the experts do their thing, but Jose is the brains of the outfit !! His arrogance has been growing exponentially from the beginning ...

More lies from the defense.

Defense experts are PAID to give the answers that the Defense has PAID for - I have yet to see a defense expert do anything but support the defense strategy. I am not an attorney, but I worked for attorneys for years and you can find a expert to testify for just about anything you want.

Our justice system is well and truly broken when we allow this circus to continue. We should all be ashamed that this is what our court system has become. I know I am and it's a large part of my outrage about this case.

ICA was the last person seen with her daughter alive. ICA cannot prove Caylee was with anyone else other than her, why do we insist on making things more complicated? Last person seen with the child, no reporting for 31 days.

Hopefully the jury will have more common sense than the defense or their hired guns.

At the very end of the report Kealing mentions Linda Kenny-Baden's absence. Has Baez or Mason been asked for a comment on this yet? It's curious to me that she isn't there since forensics are her specialty.

Seems pretty strange to me that Baden wasn't there ... SHE'S the forensics lawyer, SHE'S the lawyer who'll be challenging the evidence and expert testimony ... so what's up with that ?? Why have Jose and Foghorn there, and not her? I think something is up there ... She also wasn't doing depositions at Oakridge either ... we may be hearing about another drop out ?? Maybe ... well I can hope anyway ... but she has been pretty much absent since the indigent hearing ... IMO Judge Perry taking over the case scared her and Lyon away ...

Guess we'll know soon enough ... You're right neither one of them wants to have their association with PS trial broadcast ... Baden can't stay in the background much longer without raising suspicions
I so hope she's IS gone ... I was dreading listening to her scream at trial ... and with the drama angel gone, another plus: no violins at sentencing time ... too bad Baez and Mason aren't gone ...

According to WFTV, Jose Baez is saying the defense experts found something new in the evidence they are looking at. Hmmm. Here's a snip from the article:

The defense claims they've made some discoveries.

“There's things you see that you can't see in pictures, that you can’t see in pictures that you see in person,” Baez said.

The defense won't tell WFTV what they've found that they didn't know before or the extent of their discoveries. They do not want WFTV to know exactly what they're looking at, even though the sheriff's office is videotaping and that tape will eventually be released.

How it can be possible for them find something new after all of this time, especially with the questionable Dr. Lee there? I'm thinking Baez is just saying that to make it look like they've found something. I don't think there's any way that all of a sudden new evidence can show up on the same evidence LE has already scoured.

What do you guys think? And what possibly could they have found?

Well when "Dr." Lee is on the scene, who knows...
