Defense to depose Dr. G

In today's news, a defense motion was filed to obtain the transcripts of depositions taken, including Dr. Garavaglia's (http://www.ninthcircuit.org/news/Hi...ndan'ts Motion for Transcription Services.pdf), will this mean we will get to see the transcript of her deposition, and soon?

Only if the Defense chooses to release the transcript of Dr. G's deposition ... which I highly doubt.
