Maybe Dr. Huntington didn't like what he saw at OCSD and kept on trooping right on out of there and down the road. LOL :Bicicleta:
I remember with the Scott Peterson case Lee was on their list but they never ever called him....

Jeff Ashton has been asking for months about the experts and Baez removes people instead of adding them to subsequent witness lists.
Now you see them, Now you dont. Ya cant' depose them Jeff, if I don't tell you, who they are. :snooty:
Will Cathy Reichs and Werner Spitz make the cut? The only two, IIRC that examined Caylee's remains......
Jeff Ashton thinks...... right two can play at that game. Motion to compel additional discovery with jam on.

Star Witness In Anthony Case Changes Tune
"A year ago, Anthony's defense produced statements from Texas EquuSearch volunteers Laura Buchanan and Joe Jordan that indicated there was nothing in the area off of Suburban Drive where Caylee Anthony's remains were later found.
Jordan later told detectives that was not his claim, and a source with knowledge of Buchanan's recent sworn deposition said her statement has changed as well."

The source told WESH 2 News that a recent deposition of meter reader Roy Kronk's son, Brandon Sparks, was not helpful to defense efforts to paint Kronk as a potential suspect. Kronk discovered the remains in December 2008.
bbm
:waitasec: I don't remember seeing their names on the Defense witness list either...
I remember Werner Spitz examined the remains, I didn't know Reichs did.
Now you see them, now you don't ... true krisskross
She claims to have and that she was told she would be testifying. There is a video on YouTube, over a year old, where she is touting a book and the interviewer asks her about the Caylee case. I will try and find it.

12/12/2008 - "Guess the defense is pretty confident. She has named off:
Kathy Reichs is already on her way to Florida from Canada - has also written 11 novels
Dr. Werner Spitz - Forensic and Anotomic Pathologist
Dr.Timothy Huntington - Entomologist
Dr. Henry Lee - on standby
They left off Kobi?? "

In the May 6, 2010 JAC Budget Hearing, Baez listed off the experts that he wants Florida tax payers to pay for. Some he named, some he played coy with and would not give the name, but we can match up the names now with the release of the Defense Witness List Supplement released yesterday.
Ashton told the Judge that Kathy Reichs, entomologist had already been announced in open court on Dec. 12, 2008, when Baez was asking for a forensic entomologist. Baez has apparently replaced Kathy Reichs from Canada, with Dr. Timothy Huntington, from Nebraska. Baez said that Dr. Huntington has been on the case since Dec. 11, 2008. I guess the Judge would only allow one forensic entomologist paid by JAC? Kathy Reichs was never on the Defense Witness List.
Or rather, where on earth has she found (only) 50 people who will say incriminating things about Cindy? lol
Hmmmm, I wonder why the docket isn't showing that the defense witness list being filed?

LOL - Because it wasn't filed? Just saying......
Ok...call me confused once again. Didn't JA say something in court yesterday about their (defense) forensic anthropologist? Something about how they thought they would be testifying about one thing, but they find out they're now (possibly) testifying about the "odor"? Who the heck was named as their forensic anthropoligist?Kathy Reichs in not an entomologist. She is a forensic anthropoligist which is more akin to the taphonomy expert, the defense is now seeking. Dr Huntington was amongst those named by LKB at the December 12th 2008 hearing.

PS- sorry...at this late stage, hard to keep anything straight.
