As I remember then PM did have an appointment with someone to go to Bornholm the next day, and it was not Deidre. I think it was his friend and co-builder, if I remember right.
He cancelled the trip to Bornholm shortly before he went out with KW.
So he must be lying here.

Yes, that also struck my mind, and I hope the prosecutor will ask him about this important discrepancy.

The man is in court, he stands accused of a horrible murder, now is not the time to start recording a romantic video message!


Deirde dear, Peter misses you. He wants to marry you. Or maybe not. He has changed his mind! Or maybe neither. You were the one after all, just like you always thought. So sorry it never happened in the past and in the future it problably never will happen either. But still. He's quite a catch.


IMHO he is playing games with everyone, the prosecutor, his female friends, the reporter friend of Kim Wall who wrote him that letter.

I wonder how he will react to the testimony of Ditte Dyreborg.



If PM still cannot stand the split from Copenhagen Suborbitals.... what must it be like to be confronted with 'one of the country's leading technical experts in submarines' when PM himself is supposed to be the one?

Yes, it is outrageous he is practically courting her from the stand.

But it also stood out when he talked about other girlfriends after he talked about Ditte, that they were oh, so wonderful and almost the lucky "one" (in his deluded mind!)

Kim Wall met with PM the afternoon of Aug 10 over a cup of tea, she returned home to her boyfriend, and here is here first impression of PM:

- When she returned, I asked of Peter Madsen of course. She said he was a little 'all over the place', but that he seemed interesting, says the boyfriend.


- Can you elaborate on that, asks the prosecutor
- I think she was fascinated by him,
- Was she upset?
"She was afraid to go out in a submarine," said the boyfriend.








- Did you consider whether to join? asks the prosecutor.
- I did that. In fact, I was a little envious that she would go out with a submarine. But we decided that it was best I stayed with the guests, says the girlfriend.

I call Kim's parents, whom I have met the first time the day before, and encounter one that I find out is Peter Madsen's wife. She shouts of me. The prosecutor shows him pictures of Kim Walls panties which have holes in them and want to know if she would wear pants with such holes "I do not think so," he said, saying that at least he did not know that there were any damage to the panties.
He could not deny that she wanted to wear pantyhose with holes around the holes in the tights.

He now shows pictures of the black tights and asks if he had observed the holes when she left. He says no.​

A radio operator from a rescue helicopter is now being interrogated - he is talking about the morning PM was "rescued".

"We tell him that we've been looking for him half of the night, and that there's also another person in need.
"Then he says he has put a woman off at Refshale Island the night before. He can not remember the time, says the witness

"Does he tell you anything else?" Asks the prosecutor
- Yes, he tells him that after he has put her off, he has sailed out because he should do some dangling. He said it had been a great night, says the witness.
The witness sits with Peter Madsen for ten minutes before the police arrive at Dragør Harbor.
Here, Peter Madsen asks, according to the witness, until there is really no system that can track him and the submarine since they have been leading.
- He also asked if the military could not track him. No, says the witness.


- Does he tell something about why the submarine is sunk? "Asks the prosecutor.
- He tells that there is a loose handle that loosely held a valve. And while he was so sad and messed with it, it obviously went wrong, says the witness

- Does he say something that he wants a lawyer?
- No.
- Does he say anything when the police are coming?
"I can not remember that," said the witness.

The witness tells Peter Madsen, as one of the first, that he wants to see his wife and his cats.

The prosecutor has finished his questions, and the defense does not have much to add, therefore the hearing of the witness is terminated.​

A new witness here therefore took place in the middle of the hall. It is a woman who is a helicopter doctor and who is the doctor who attended Peter Madsen on August 11th.

The prosecutor asks if the new witness can remember how fast the submarine is sinking.
- approx. 30 seconds, the witness says.



"I see a person in the tower, says the witness, explaining that the person goes back into the submarine for a few minutes and then comes up. The submarine is then sinking.

I remember that the radio operator and Peter Madsen talk about Peter having technical problems and trying to get into port, says the witness.
She says that it did not succeed since the submarine is sinking.​

The prosecutor is now asking Peter Madsen's behavior when the helicopter lands in Dragør Harbor.

The witness tells that they can not see Peter Madsen at first when they are landed, but they call on him.
- Do you wonder if he walks away from you, asks the prosecutor
"Yes, it's not normal for people who have been in distress to leave us," says the helicopter doctor.

She tells her that she is talking to Peter Madsen to check him out of shock. They ask if he's shaken, but Peter Madsen says he's ok and just wants to go home.
"He seems calm and tells you how a submarine works," the witness said.

"He does not seem shaken," said the witness

- Does he say why he would like to go on? "Asks the prosecutor
"I think he says he's going home to his wife and cats," the witness said.

The witness also says that Peter Madsen says he does not know where his female passenger

- That's what he says for the first time. The second time he explains that he has put her on the Refshale island. He does not remember the time, but says it was dark, says the doctor.
"When the police ask for the third time, he says he has closed her at 22.30," said the witness

The doctor now says that she could not detect injury to Peter Madsen. He was soaked and had rough hands.
She also tells her that she got a strange stomach feeling when he told about the female journalist.

- Why do you make that conclusion?
"It's based on my experience with people in shock and distress," says the doctor, who believes that Peter Madsen explained unusually.​

The witness tells him that he behaved atypical.
- Do you remember if you used a different expression to the police?
"He behaved strikingly," the witness said.
- Yes, and what are you building on, the prosecutor asks.
"Well, either can people remember everything or nothing," the witness said.
According to the witness, Peter Madsen was more weaving. Especially in relation to the female journalist.

"He could easily explain about the submarine, but not about the journalist," the witness said.

The doctor explains that she experiences Peter Madsen as nervous as the police arrive at the helicopter where she sits and examines him.
"He's moving a little while the police are coming," she says.

- Does he say anything about a lawyer, asks the prosecutor.
- Yes, he actually does, says the witness.

The prosecutor now documents from a previous hearing of the witness. Here the witness says: 'The police tell Peter Madsen that he had rights of rights, to which he replied,' Well, I have my lawyer '', says the report.
- Was that how you heard it, asks the prosecutor.
"Yes, that's it," said the witness.​

Thus the prosecutor has no more questions to the witness. Attorney Betina Hald Engmark takes over and asks the same question as she did to the last witness.
- Do you know Peter Madsen from before?
"No," said the witness.
- Okay, says the lawyer.

The witness is thus finished with her explanation for the court and the referee decides to hold a short break of ten minutes.​

The court has now resumed after a short break. This time it's a young man to witness. He speaks German and therefore he has an interpreter.

The young man has been in Peter Madsen Rum Laboratory and worked on some of the projects.

The young man was a trainee at the workshop and was there almost daily, he told the court through the German interpreter.

In 2017 there were centrifugal tests, and I was building the test, says the witness.

The prosecutor now asks whether the witness had access to the computer during that period.
To that, the witness answers that he can not exactly remember it, but that he uses the computer in the workshop in 2016 at least.

The prosecutor now asks what the young man else did at the workshop. He tells him he had a project with a friend called 'Destination Moon'. In that regard, he helped Peter Madsen with some rocket parts.

The prosecutor also asks if the witness slept in the workshop.
- Not at the workshop, but close to it, the witness answers.

The wind now also tells of an Australian camera team, which was in the workshop on August 10th. They were recording a documentary about Peter Madsen. In addition, Peter Madsen's wife was also in the workshop and maybe another trainee, says the witness.​

The prosecutor now asks if the witness was present while the camera team was there.
"Yes, because I was even filmed," the witness said.
- Could it fit that they left the place around 4.30 pm, asking the prosecutor.
- It could be a good one. It was late in the afternoon at least, says the witness

- How was Peter Madsen while the TV team was there? Do you notice something? "Asks the prosecutor.
"No, so Peter was a condition that I had not seen before. He slid down in the chair in front of the team, said the witness, illustrating it by sliding himself into his chair and knocking out his arms.

The prosecutor now asks whether the witness was in the workshop on 8 and 9 August, when Peter Madsen had to abandon sending his rocket the following month.
"I can not remember that exactly, but I was aware that the launch had been cancelled," said the witness.​
