If that friend Westmoreland knew that a poster had said something not quite up to pa, I'd certainly think that JR could dissuade the likes of this. Exactly. I doubt either one of them are strangers to the world of the internet.

Personally, I think that John probably knows about it...but doesn't care...just like he doesn't care about "finding" the "murderer" of his baby girl.

Actually, photographs are copyrighted products and the copyright is owned by the person who took the photograph. If the person who took that photo of JonBenet would like to sue, they could sue to have it removed and for any damages that were incurred as a result of the infringement, if they did not get permission to use the photograph.

But I'm only a paralegal. Ask a real lawyer.
