Detectives say Caylee is dead - discuss

Thanks SS!:blowkiss:

I didn't know the A's made up with Tim & TES.

I just don't know then. But there is some reason, for the A's to break the silence.

George ended the interview with George speaking to Caylee-------
Mommy wants you home too or Mommy misses you, too.

It was words to those effect; He was speaking to Caylee on behalf of Casey.

Thus my thinking somewhat temporarily went awry (to be polite about it) and that clouded my abilities to quote verbatim....

Maybe Muzikman who saw it as well has a better memory. Seems to be offline right now.

If they did, I think it would be only half-hearted, I think their atty must have pleaded with them to do so. In light of all the things that have come out this week, the A's need all the sympathy they can get.

My sympathy card has expired. I am numb as far as the family goes because of all the lies from all of them and not only KC. I think it is a publicity ploy, however, I did not see the interview and I do understand no matter what they have said or done, they miss that little girl and it is killing them. We have no idea what is going on in that household.... but I prefer to stay numb...to them. I only think of You Are My Sunshine... and Caylee makes me happy. She was a beautiful little girl and even though her life was short, she has touched so many hearts.

I agree. The Anthonys have gone out of their way to insult anyone and everyone who cares about this little girl, first of all by changing their testimony, then by lying for KC and most of all, the dreadful way they treated Tim and the TES team. They have to know what happened and that their daughter is responsible, but they refuse to face facts. The smell of the car, DNA evidence in the trunk, chloroform, KC's behavior and lies- it all equals a dead child.

Other posters have recently theorized on other threads that it's in the Anthony's best financial interest to keep up the search for an alive Caylee charade.

That is not a theory, the minute her body is FOUND, who would donate to a TRUST to HELP FIND CAYLEE. I think the atty's have basically started all the escalating of the MONEY... how else are the going to get paid? When the PR guy first came in LG, he knows how to work the media and arranged for the PEOPLE MAG., and then 20/20, and all the National interviews............. this is all BS..........................

I agree....I would think their employment would be limited also. I would not want to work with someone that I didn't trust, and I certainly wouldn't believe what they told me.

Okay, I don't think Turbothink will mind if I bring over her post from another thread:
Turbothink said:
They have a stake in keeping this kidnapping story going themselves. They are collecting money to "SEARCH" for her.

Keep in mind these same people were about to have their house foreclosed on in the bond hearing and had numerous lawsuits over unpaid bills and all of a sudden now they don't even have to work.

This is not about Caylee for anyone in this family.

Also, I recently read that they added phrasing to the Trust fund to cover any burial costs!

I agree with that. Someone from here drove by the new location where the A's have the money jar and it was very lively. Just imagine all of the days they have been doing this....all cash, then the mail in donations, gift cards, reselling t-shirts they were given for free. Mind boggling.

This is about as definitive as it could get, but I don't think Cindy would believe it at this point even if they did find Caylee's body. I think she would refuse to believe it was Caylee b/c it wouldn't look like Caylee anymore and she would have to trust forensic tests. She would just continue to say the tests were wrong.

I wonder how they ever imagine this being resolved. Either they will spend the rest of their lives defending their "innocent" daughter ala Jackie and Lee Peterson OR ????????

I would love to have someone in the "alive" camp or the Anthony family finish that sentence for me.

It is really sad, and I'm sure there is some guilt on Cindy's part for helping push KC out, but I agree, they will probably never admit Caylee is dead even if shown all the evidence.

I really do not know how the Anthonys can have Casey in their home after the detectives have made a clear statement now that Caylee is deceased and was in the trunk of the car at some point. This statement isnt a maybe we are waiting for test etc its a clear defining statement that Caylee is deceased. I just cannot wrap my head around how they can still say Caylee is alive.

They will find the evidence that ties KC to the murder of Caylee
with or without finding her remains.

I have never doubted this.

There are hundreds of inmates who thought they could get away
with it all sitting behind bars - KC will join them eventually

That phrasing was also in the original Trust document dated July 29th.
While berating the public for not getting off their 🤬🤬*es to find their granddaughter, The A family was already expecting to have a generous public pay for Caylee's funeral.

Even then, they knew the truth.

Of course, the truth and all the A's are strangers.

George aand Cindy are in mourning now.
Denial is a huge part of it.WHEN, and they will admit that Caylee is gone, then all holy he@l will break out in that house. Cindy will turn on her daughter like a snake, and I do bellieeve the MAJOR hatred is on its way. I would never get over the loss of my Granddaughter.:boohoo:...

I wish other people who were driving in that area would come forward. If only someone saw her going INTO the wooded area and could say what she was carrying, if anything! Maybe LE needs to go and canvas drivers during that time of day to see if they can find another witness.

SS: the problem is most people would not think twice about seeing someone on the side of the road and just forgot about it. Now if it were any of the people here on WS - well, we would have whipped out pen and paper, taken down the license plate, written a description of the person, and at the same time checked our blackberrys to see if a crime had been reported in that area in the last 10 minutes. :) Ok, maybe not quite that dramatic, but some people tend to pay more attention to things than others.

And if someone did see something, it was almost 3 weeks later when the news broke, they may not have been sure when they saw it, or even be able to give a description of the person. As any LE person will tell you, eye witnesses cause more headaches than any other part of an investigation because rarely do even two people see something the same way.

Ever since the ORIGINAL OJ TRIAL, every time I hear a barking dog, something out of the ordinary in my neighborhood, see something out of the ordinary driving etc., I do make notes. I still remember in the trial nobody remembering the EXACT time the dogs were barking. Strange how certain things stick out even after all this time.

I have a feeling they are going to turn on her soon.

I always look at my watch when I hear something that I think it 'not quite right' - I also make a note of things out of the ordinary in my neighborhood. But my husband was in LE forever and I am the granddaugther of a Detective, so it is just in my blood.

I wonder how much of this case could have been uncovered sooner if more people 'paid attention'?

Wow. That makes me sick. :puke:

I do too. I have questioned how [Baez] became involved in this from the beginning. Who is paying him? What are his connections to others in Orlando?

I have believed from the beginning there is much more to this than KC ....

While you certainly have the right to ask these questions ... to what point? Unless you're suggesting some bizarre conspiracy where Baez was involved in the actual commission of a crime against Caylee, what would be the relevance of any of your questions?

Why would the source of payment matter? Or the manner in which Casey was referred to Baez?

No good parent would sacrifice one child to keep another out of jail and that is what they are doing.

How are the parents sacrificing Caylee? (I presume you refer to Caylee as the sacrificial lamb. Please correct me if I am mistaken.) Caylee's already dead. She's not coming back. It's safe to assume that the parents are not responsible for causing Caylee's death. Where's the sacrifice?
