I really just don't think she wanted her to be found fast, or sooner, or whatever. I think she dumped her where she did because she didn't want to go to too much trouble, and I really think Casey thought she was going to get away with it, just like she did everything else. When I listen to her interview with OC, it comes across to me this is the first time she has been seriously questioned about the ridiculous cr*p that comes out of her mouth ever. The trip to Universal, I really think she expected OC to announce every step of the way, "Oh, that's ok, Casey, we don't need to check this out, we believe you." She actually sounds offended to me when the detectives continue to call her out on her lies.
I don't think she had any kind of diabolical plan. She was telling Cindy every time she talked to her Caylee was here, there, napping, etc. Her story of Zanny the Nanny would have been just as lame had Caylee's body been found June 23rd.
I mean really. "Well, mommy, the reason I didn't deposit that $4000 was because I was robbed at the sports place where I work (not) at gunpoint." What rational person on the planet would buy that bs?

I voted 'other' because there was no option for 'she just plain didn't care' and also because I don't think she dumped her there by the road - I think she probably buried her in a shallow grave (she didn't work hard at it) farther into the woods and closer to the house. Later the flood waters uncovered her and she floated toward the edge of the waters which happened to be near the road. (Maybe there was divine help such as Lacy must have had.)

Jail officials said Casey looked dismayed when told about the remains. I bet she was dismayed! She hadn't thought that the bagged and taped body could come up out of the ground deep in the woods and be found near a well traveled street!

I don't think Casey ever truely bonded with her daughter. She was just too selfish. Her life was an act (as in a lie) since Caylee's birth because she reckoned that she was expected to love her child.

I also think that Cindy knew that Casey had never bonded with Caylee and this was of great concern to her. Cindy all along was trying to get Casey to follow her example with Caylee. All the things that Cindy has said about Casey being a loving mother are just how Cindy 'wishes' it had been. Cindy was just never able to acknowledge that her daughter was NOT what she wanted her to be. I feel that Cindy finally gave her an ultimatum to start acting like a responsible parent and that's when Casey chose to get rid of the little angel that she considered nothing more than an obstacle in her selfish immoral life.

She hauled her around in the trunk for a few days trying to decide where to put her then buried her only because she was smelling up her car. The only thing on her mind was getting back to Tony. There was no plan, no conspiracy - nothing but an impulsive, selfish spoiled girl.

One more thing - I feel that the reason G & C have not visited Casey since she went back to jail the last time (including after the remains were confirmed) is because they may have told her before they took her away that she would not see them again until she sent word that she was ready to tell them the WHOLE truth. She hasn't and they are trying to stick to that no matter how hard it is. There is just no way that they don't know that she was lieing.

We have been shown time and time again that evil truely does exist in the world. The Bible tells us to pray "lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil." Evil sees opportunity in a selfish person like Casey and grabs it.

Thank you for letting me speak. Beautiful little Caylee will celebrate Christmas with the angels. Of that I have no doubt.

I think your observations are right on.
For me sometimes its hard to not give Casey more credit then she is actually due for 'cunning'.
I think she did a half assed job of buring Caylee possibly with some vague idea of doing something more thorough later then got caught up in her new 'beautiful life' then Cindy put the skids to her and before she knew it,it was too late.
The flooding gave her a reprieve and alot of false hope that her story though concocted on the spot and improbable couldnt be challenged with anything definitive(like forensics) then the water proved to be her undoing.
I still think little Caylee was able to speak to LE the only way she could when her remains were found and what she told them is going to drive a truck right throught the Anthony's purile denial and histrionics, the defenses misdirection and Casey's lies once and for all.

I do not believe that Casey wanted Caylee found - She needed to buy time so that she can get off.
I think her family helped her buy time, by not giving Tim and the diligent search team any garment of Caylees.
I think the entire family knew the truth if not through Casey telling it, through a 6th sense
and knowing her well enough.
GA was an LE for God's sake he can read the writing on the wall once the car came into view.
Cindy was a RN and she too should have known long ago that there is something not right with Casey.

Casey said "she is very close" "they did not even find Caylee's Cloths" all that to me was writing on the wall.
I think she did not plan for the bag to become unearthed in the floods.

Casey did seem to have some kind of code language with Lee and no wonder he would not take the Polygraph tests.
I believe he did check up on Caylee by driving by that spot to see if the bag was there. Especially since the meter reader did direct LE to that spot back in August.

BUT NOBODY IN THE ANTHONY HOME WANTED CAYLEE FOUND TILL AFTER THE TRIAL.
IN HOPES: that without a body it would let Casey out of the worse case scenario / Murder.

CASEY WILL BE GOING AWAY - BUT FOR HOW LONG WILL DEPEND ON HOW MUCH HAS REALLY BEEN HIDDEN.
One thing that time did buy her is there is no more tisue left to develope the real cause of death. IMHO they (Anthony's) ALL banked on this.

"No" was the answer that best fit my theory-you didn't have a choice that was "Casey was lazy, felt that there was no difference to dumping Caylee in the hamster cemetery and figured that the duct tape would get her off of the hook for killing her child no matter where she dumped her..."

:furious:

She never wanted Caylee's body to be found. I think the rain just washed it up thats all and it was found. Casey thought the body would stay buried.
She did not care at all about that child, all she thought of was herself and she thought she had gotton away with all this crime she committed.
I think even though she has been arrested she still thinks she can get away with it.
I bet she has never even told all her lawyers the truth either. She thinks she can fool them into getting her off so she can go free.
She wants to be a free person who can party and do what-ever she wants with no worries of anything.

I feel she will be charge with murder and spend alot of her life in prison, boy whats will she do when she finds out she cannot party?

I don't think she gave a rat's posterior whether they ever found Caylee or not.
