Did Haleigh die in the mobile home?

That van was checked thoroughly, it was taken in by LE for testing and returned. IMO, if anything was found in the van they would of kept it just like LE still has Casey Anthony's car since July 2008. I don't feel the van had anything to do with it. I say LE should of checked Ronald's purple Ultima, TN truck, Tommy's red truck (which they did take in a few months ago but for some reason nobody wants to report any updates on that red truck.)

I also feel that maybe Misty took the kids walking over to the MH on Magnolia and that is where Haleigh may of died. As far as I know LE only checked out Ronald's MH. I also feel there is more to the 3 dogs that were trained on hitting on decomposition hitting on that dumpster. Especially since it was said to be a construction Dumpster if I am not mistaken, and no these dogs don't hit on band-aids or sanitary napkins IMO. Anyone know how close that dumpster is to Magnolia? TIA

Bold by me... according to MAPQUEST it is about 10 min by car and 5.4 miles away

202 Green lane to 130 Magnolia Drive in Satsuma http://www.mapquest.com/maps?1c=Sat...3312&2y=US&2l=29.51896&2g=-81.6736&2v=ADDRESS

I am under the impression Magnolia the street the Croslins lived on is close to Shell Harbor and is several miles away from Green Lane.. Am I wrong?

I believe something happened at the home that left blankets needing to be washed. I suppose the crime could have happened elsewhere and the blanket washing never happened at all, but Misty went on and on about washing blankets so I tend to think blankets were washed. If the crime happened elsewhere, it would be easier (and probably safer evidence-wise) for the perp(s) to dispose of the blanket rather than bring it home to be washed.

IMO, Haleigh died in the MH or went unconscious there, and he/she/they thought she was dead.

Still undecided to where Haleigh died...

Did the cadaver dogs get to 'sniff' the clothing of TC, JO and Misty?
Could it have been one of their articles of clothing the dogs hit on in the dumpster search?
Would the smell of her death linger on their clothes?

I don't remember it ever being reported that cadaver dogs were used to track the clothing of TC, JO or Misty. I don't remember it ever being reported that scent dogs (tracking dogs) were used for anyone but Haleigh. IIRC.

It could have been if LE had found anything. IMHO I don't know for sure.

I'm not sure of the answer to your third question. I think (IMHO) it might depend on how long the deceased Haleigh was in direct contact with someone's clothing. JMHO.

A link for the reported result of dumpster search.

...Detectives in Florida looking for a missing 5-year-old girl sorted through tons of trash in a dumpster near the family home after cadaver dogs picked up a scent, but turned up no new evidence.

NOTE: The above article does reference a statement made directly by the PCSO about the dumpster search.

mkay, Here's a little info. about cadaver dogs.

A cadaver dog can detect human remains through concrete, buried underground, or at the bottom of a body of water.
The dog uses his extremely well-honed nose to search for faint traces of the chemicals emitted by the human body during decomposition.

Cadaver dogs are also trained to react to any trace of human remains.

A cadaver dog can indicate that a cadaver was in a particular location at one point, even if it is no longer there.
The dogs can also find traces of bodies which criminals attempted to conceal by destroying the evidence, for example teeth...

I'm just not sure Haleigh died in that mobile home. I think from Misty's reactions " I didn't do nothing to that little girl" that she was attacked within the mobile home. That might explain the couch bouncing. I think she was alive when she was taken from the trailer and died at a later date at the hands of her abductor. The reason I think this is because in my opinion Ron's part in this is not the actual murder or accidental death but the drug selling and the less than stellar citizens he was associating with.

Misty was angry with Ron, she had spent time earlier that week or the prior week with others also interested in drugs. Although Ron believed he kept his home address away from others, Misty could have easily shared his address and personal information on what he kept there.

Now Remember, Misty had been on a drug binge, she was still under the influence, you have to ask yourself would she have invited some folks to the mobile home while Ron wasn't there especially if she thought they would share some drugs. Maybe Tommy came over because Misty told him someone was coming that had some drugs.

What I'm trying to get to is that I don't think the person that hurt Haleigh and took her has been identified. I think Tommy was there, and perhaps Joe also, but I don't think Joe is the killer. I've looked at Joe and although he may be awful quirky, stupid or strange, I just don't see killer in him. I could be wrong, but if I was in a home and he attacked a child , I think I could jump on him and do some damage. And I don't think Misty would hesitate to tell him to leave or jump on him if he was hurting her or one of those kids. Nope, there was someone else, someone that they fear, someone who really is dangerous. Someone not even Ron has dared to cross. This all took place in the mobile home because of the drugs and lifestyle, and then there was someone who had been watching Haleigh. All this lying and posturing is because of fear. jmo

Thanks for the video!

I've always had a weird feeling about that message on his truck. Maybe it just stood out to me as quite odd. When Ron explains the message on the front of the truck, he says-"I believe that God will delivery Daddy's Lil Girl Haleigh Home whether it is home to me or home to him, God will deliver her home." The word deliverance comes to mind. BUT.....

The back of truck says- "Only God can judge ME". I wish he could've explained that message to us. IMO, the two messages go together. Why did he feel like he would judged by anyone??? That is, if he didn't have anything to do with Haleigh being missing??? Weird stuff.

JMO though

I always thought that too. Like, as opposed to whom?

I think Haleigh suffered injuries in the MH home that night. I'm not sure of the nature of the injuries. She might've ingested drugs or she might've been beaten. I'm just not so sure she actually died there. I keep hearing Sheriff Hardy saying it is "a real possiblity" that she died in the Shell Harbor area.

The fact that Sheriff Hardy said it is "a real possibility" that she died in the Shell Harbor area. Makes me think that maybe Haleigh died at the Magnolia address even though it's about 5 miles away. If Haleigh died at the MH on Green as Tommy is now saying she probably was not really dead. Maybe they were to stoned to realized she was still alive and ran to dump her at the river. And if that is the case, well I hope who ever is involved gets a real good :behind: whipping and then put in the electric chair. I have been thinking about Tommy's story and for some reason I just don't believe it. I got this feeling that maybe Tommy and Misty are passing notes in jail and came up with this story. She was so adamant to find out what floor Tommy was on and hoping they would end up on the same floor in the jail, which they were on the 3rd floor together last I heard through the jail conversations. Maybe LE got some truth out of the letter passing and not so much out of what they are saying. If they both flunked their poly's how would the story they are saying about Joe be true? Something hinky going on IMO.
IMO, if Tommy did tell LE part of the truth, this was not the story. Same for Misty. They all lie so much it is so hard to come to any type of conclusion on what happen. LE not sharing any info and taking back every time they say evidence was found does not help either. So, far this time around the media is still reporting evidence was found. I hate to be the negative one, but I'm anticipating LE saying in the near future that the items that were found were not evidence in the Haleigh Case. Like they have so many times in the past. I just pray that someone breaks and tells LE "the real facts" of what happen to Haleigh. :furious:

I believe she died on Magnolia in the Shell Harbor area too and was then moved to the dumpster until it was convenient for Ron C or someone else in his family to move her to another location unknown to Misty, ToC and whoever else in the Croslin family who knew what had happened.. At this time, I suspect it may have beenTommy C and Jo who placed her in or under the dumpster until Ron C, his mother/ family member made arrangemens to move Haleigh's remains somewhere else...JMO
