Did Karr Sleuth the Sleuths?

Some of you might not remember a time when jameon was the moderator here at Websleuths, thats going back to about 1997 and 1998. She split with the owner, Murphy, and then opened her own forum. Some of us have been here for eons!

It is my opinion that Karr could have been the poster twoplustwo, who was involved with the Patricia Letters.

And after Jameson established the new "webbsleuths" (properly spelling is shown, basis: Jack "Webb" -- Dragnet) was created, waring camps eventually formed and existed until the owners sold this site last year.

You shouldn't be so sure dear sir. I completely believed they were innocent. I found it hard to believe that any parents could torture and murder their child in any way, let alone what was done to JBR. Heck, I didn't even begrudge them hiring fine attorneys when they did, everyone knows the parents are always the main suspects when those type of circumstances arise. I was a Ramsey supporter, until I started reading and watching the facts unfold. Then I came to my senses :) I must also give cudo's when it's due, and Jamesons forum did help convert me to a believer that at least one of the Ramseys were, in the very least, involved in a cover up.

I hope I was wrong, and will be happy to say so, and yes, I will even appologize. I only want the right person(s) responsible to pay for this crime.

Forgive me if I sound a little bitter about anyone who has made and continues to make money, off the murder of this poor baby for their own greed.

I agree about "profiting". As I noted earlier, my posting there ceased when the aforementioned conflict of interest came to light.

Frankly, I think a history lesson in bulletin boards/crime forums on the web would show that few crime forums have done well as time passes. Issues seem often to have a way of becoming "emotionalized" ... lol ... which does not lend itself well to longevity. (chuckle)

Wudge - you forgot to mention the wonderful fact that there was a known pedophile posting under the hat BlueFire at jameson's forum.

Word is there is a connection with Karr and this BlueFire person through BF's websites.

Karr used a unusual moniker when corresponding with Tracey that started with the letter "D". Karr said the name symbolized Christmas because he was born in December. I wonder if he used the same name on the forums.

A wonderful long time poster, Lurker, at FFJ shared this yesterday.

"I don't know if you saw my post on this yesterday. Bluefire is an international pedophile whose real name is Marcus Levis. Before he left the country, he ran several pedophilia websites (this was verified by checking him out at Blackbook and other sites where owner's names are listed). He was very close to jameson, who gave him free membership and allowed him to post links to his pedo sites. She gave him, gratis, scads and scads of free bandwidth.

One internet researcher found John Karr listed as a member on one of Bluefire's websites--the one about Child Movie Stars, where young stars like Shirley Temple and others are shown on the front page. But if you sign up for membership, you get to the private part of the forum. (I did not go there).

Misty, may she rest in peace, reported Levis and his websites to ICE. They could not apprehend him, as he was in Honduras, with a little six-year-old "adopted" daughter!

There's more...much more. I wish Misty was still with us.

This may surprise you, but I don't like to rumor monger. I try to avoid it.

In case discussions, I do like to asssess and weigh relevant and reliable evidence/facts. I admit to enjoying that.

Thanks River, Fascinating. Did Misty die? I think there's a poster with that name at CTV.

Was it known if Levis was also a sexual sadist? So I wonder if LE contacted the Honduran officials about this, althought it may be way down on their priority list!

Hi again,
I'm not really back... where I live in the tropics there isn't even an internet connection, but I get into the capitol every once in awhile and can touch base with internet café machines.

I wanted to say hi to you (and Lovely Pigeon if she ever comes around) and remind folks that no one knows what happens to Erica except probably Greg & Misty Baker.

I was blocked from Webbsleuths anyway -- after 9-11.

I am glad to be out of the USA."
:hand:

That's a fact, not a rumor.

Thanks River for Misty's site. I don't know about her assessment of what came first, the garotte or the head blow as I heard Dr Werner Spitz say yesterday the garotte came first. But I can hardly wait to read her evaluation of the ransom note!

Late this afternoon, I was walking past the tv and could have sworn that somebody on Fox said that Karr was traced on the internet somehow using the name "Dax" or "Dex". Does that ring a bell?

Keep in mind that all I heard was just the ending of a report.

"Daxis". It has been speculated on other threads (see "Annie Muss Posts" thread) that "Daxis" is "Six AD" (for "six at death") spelled backwards.

Buzz, for about seven years, (up to 2003) the Jon Benet crime forum hosted by jameson was a daily reference and discussion point for reporters, LE, case followers, etc.. I didn't read Susan's book, because it would have offered me nothing new.

I left the site during a period when a conflict of interest issue was developing between her and the Ramseys, but it was a superb crime forum and had a good number of excellent evidence assessors/analysts. The Ramseys even noted it in their book, "The Death of Innocence", which I would recommend to new case followers.
Wasn't the Jameson forum extremely pro-Ramsey from the get-go? What was the conflict of interest which develloped between her and the Ramseys?

It was "Daxis"...I haven't found a meaning for the word...nor have I found it to refer to December...so, hrm.
