jb is requesting discovery, this is old info. rm is not being "looked at" by le. he was looked at already, and jb is probably acting on some half baked info kc told him might be on his computer. I feel so sorry for anyone who ever got mixed up with casey.

I agree wholeheartedly. This is not some new information that LE requested -- this is the defense wanting some info that LE already has. Pointing fingers (even vaguely) at RM for some of the things being suggested here seems beyond the pale to me.

Everyone who associated with KC will be put under the microscope and JB will detail every flaw in that persons being, to keep everyones attention away from the evil tot mom.

RM was cleared..can't recall the link.....

JB visits KC often in jail...wonder what they really talk about for 3-6 hours at a time?? In my opinion, would he really want info from KC? Would he even listen to her research" she has done? If she had input or was capable of having "input" , she wouldn't be in the mess she is in now..

IIRC, this was deleted from his computer on the 17th, the day after KC's arrest. If it was a purely innocent pic he got off the internet or whereverm why would he think to delete it specifically, esp. not knowing the charges that were to come for KC?

In the recent doc dump he stated he deleted the pic because of comments he was receiving about it.

The chloroform joke has been around for ages. I've also seen it with "Win her over with Whiskey" etc.

I'm still catching up on this thread, so I apologize if this was already clarified. But...

FWIW, the deleted files turned out the be from his temporary folder. I have mine set to automatically delete once a day. So even my computer would show recently deleted files.

This guy and his computer activity was cleared by LE. JB is just looking for someone...anyone...to throw under the bus. He can create reasonable doubt, but the jury is going to want to know if KC isn't responsible, WHO is.

If Baez is a good defense lawyer he would be stupid not to use this. Reasonable doubt is the key. They have used panels to float many ideas around. I think drugs sex and lies will be the key. The problem is if they don't get "young" people on the jury it isn't going to work. I do think it should be Casy is innocent until after the trial (or plea). There is nothing wrong with saying that the evidence points to her. And I think she is guilty. I am looking forward to the trial but would not be disappointed if she took a plea. I don't think they would be offered anything less than life without parole.
This trial will come down to the defense looking for doubt in all that they can.
I am waiting for a parad of Zanny's that will say they were never contacted....but of course they will never have the "real" one.
It is a shame that her friends will be dragged down in the mud with her...

Even though RM may be cleared by LE-doesn't mean JB has cleared him or any of KC's other friends. JB (his staff, consultants, and those contacts of his in the entertainment field) has to take what he has been given in interviews, pings, evidence, etc, and craft a story that they feel will create just enough doubt in at least 1 jurors mind to go with reasonable doubt. Before its all over-KC'S friends will feel like they are the ones on trial and not KC!! But, I have faith that truth and justice will prevail-not just because of all the evidence and the excellent job LE, FBI, and the forensic labs have done-but also because JB (even with everyone he has on board) will screw up!!:bang:

Oh Im sure they JB will try and pin this on anyone but KC, the thing is there is no evidence that points to anyone else but KC, Im so hoping that they will find KC hair , fibers, dog hair, but most of all KC prints on that tape, and the garbage bags, hopefully will provide more evidence

I'm sure they have more than enough evidence, especially KC driving around with Caylee for at least 2.6 days according to forensics. KC is the only one that did this, but RM's cute little win her over with chloroform isn't really too cute.

A lawyer for an Orlando woman accused of killing her daughter has filed a motion seeking additional information about his client’s ex-boyfriend.

Jose Baez, an attorney for Casey Anthony, filed the motion late Friday afternoon. Someone also did a search for the word “chloroform” on a computer in a home where Anthony lived, and trace amounts were found in her car.

Baez wants prosecutors’ information about ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morales, who has been questioned by detectives at least twice. The ex-boyfriend allegedly posted a picture on MySpace that showed a man and woman with the title “win her over with chloroform.”

Morales told detectives he posted the picture on his MySpace page around the beginning of 2008, before someone searched for “chloroform” Anthony’s home computer.

LE already said there was nothing suspicious on RMs computer. JB is just grasping at straws. I really feel bad for anyone associated with KC at this point, because defense is trying to deflect attention from the real perpetrator.
My theory is that the chloroform in the trunk might just be a by-product of some pesticides/cleaners and I don't think it has to do with the death of Caylee. I think KC suffocated her. This is just my theory though.

Yes I think a lot of the especially younger people don't realize that they should be careful what they post on social networking sites, as well as text messages. You never know who will end up viewing these, and if it's electronic, it's not really private...

I agree with you and wouldn't find it in the least bit surprising if she initially looked it up because of RM's post...Maybe that's how she got the idea to use it. If she did use chloroform.

I am however, finding it more and more difficult to believe that she did use chloroform. She seems too lazy and too stupid to make it and by all accounts it's not sitting around on shelves, readily available to be stolen.

JB is just looking for someone else to blame other than KC. I think KC acted alone, killed Caylee in a fit of jealous rage and spite toward CA, got scared and dumped her body when GA wanted to look in the trunk. I think KC is the only one to blame for Caylee's death/disposal.

JB is trying to spin and place doubt IMO.

True but couldn't the state argue that she had dryer sheets in her car because of the 'smell' she was trying to suppress? So she dumped the car because it became too unbearable for her to coverup so she just dumped it? Because when I saw dryer sheets as some of the items removed from the trunk, its obvious she was using those suckas to try to drown out the smell.

I so want this case to be over but i know Casey isn't gonna crack.

Why the interest in collecting more info involving anyone and chloroform by Baez at all?
Is there a TOX report already done that Baez has seen????? Not release to the public yet.....it would seem as though.
