Police: Dina Lohan arrested in North Merrick for DWI, leaving crash scene
Lohan was driving her 2016 Mercedes as she left the Outback Steakhouse in Merrick around 7 p.m. That's when she allegedly struck another car and then fled the scene.
police asked her to step out of the car. When she did, she took two steps and fell to the ground.
Officers says they also noticed a strong smell of alcohol on her breath.
Lohan refused a breathalyzer at the home, and once she was placed under arrest, she allegedly told officers, "My lawyer is gonna (expletive) you up."
Back in 2013, Lohan was arrested for DWI as she was speeding down the Northern State Parkway with an alcohol level of .20, close to three times the legal limit. At the time, Lohan was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and as she left court, she told reporters, “I'll never be back here again, you can quote me on that one.”
Lohan entered a plea of not guilty Sunday. She is due back in court on Jan. 15.
