A dog was admitted to a veterinary clinic in Austria, barely able to stand on his own four paws and reeking "like a beer hall," a newspaper reported.
Dingo, a three-year-old labrador weighing 40 kilogrammes, was a pitiful sight when his owner, a hunter, brought him in to the surgery in the Salzkammergut region, the Oberoesterreichische Nachrichten quoted vet Karl Hofbauer as saying.
"The dog had dreadful wind and diarrhea, and was vomiting a lot," Hofbauer said.
"When I got him up on the table, it smelt like a distillery."

How ironic Dingo, must be an Aussie living in Austria who named their dog Dingo, what other explanation can there be.

Thanks, I needed this thread. I did get my Springer Spaniel drunk once by giving her some wine in a bowl, she walked tipsy, it was pretty funny to watch. I alomost forgot, she threw up too!

Yes..sadly we know that dingoes and babies dont mix as do babies and some of our so called domesticated breeds.

Did you hear about the baby killed a few weeks ago by a Rottie. How tragic...

  • #18
I did...no baby should be left in reach of any breed..IMO.
