Here is the schedule - and I do see England on there. Looks like they play in Boston. Oh well - I guess he will have to make up his mind!

Predictive news seems to be common these days.

I suppose we'll have to wait until Royal Ascot from June 16-20 to find out whether Beatrice and Eugenie join the Royal Family. I'm betting that they will not. They may attend, but I doubt they will associate with the Royal Family. In fact, if they have been told that they cannot join the royals at Ascot, I doubt they will attend.

We'll see ...

Of course.
It is common sense.
Besides,
are they even "working" Royals???
I guess NOT.

I haven't seen a SINGLE report.

Not a working royal, but Beatrice is a counsellor of state - along side disgraced Andrew and overseas Harry.

"In the event that The King cannot undertake his official duties as Sovereign on a temporary basis due to illness or absence abroad, two or more Counsellors of State are appointed by Letters Patent to act in His Majesty's place."

Possibly they've done nothing except be chummy with their parents' friends. However, I just saw this link elsewhere:

Princess Eugenie has stepped down as patron of the UK charity Anti-Slavery International, the world’s oldest human rights organization. The decision follows the release of millions of documents and emails relating to Jeffrey Epstein which have disgraced her father and embroiled her family.

According to the article, Princess Eugenie has founded another anti-slavery charity which pays double the amount in salaries than it does for actual charity work. However, since it was recently founded, it may still be ramping up.

I believe those pictures are from last year's Commonwealth day service,so are a year old.

And actually....they ALL look thin.... so now I think it is a quirk with an altered photo.

Commonwealth Day, March 9, 2026

Interesting that last year the Commonwealth message was shortly after the US threatened to annex Canada (equivalent to declaring war on Canada In My Opinion), and this year the message is shortly after the US declared war on Iran.

"The King will praise the “enduring spirit” of the Commonwealth amid “testing moments” of conflict and “great challenge”.

He will use his annual Commonwealth Day message on Monday to draw a comparison between the increasing pressures facing the world and the “force for good” that is the alliance of 56 member countries. The King will say that at times of such difficulty, the Commonwealth’s shared values and friendship are most apparent.
...

Last year, the monarch’s Commonwealth Day message similarly called for unity in “uncertain times”, shortly after Mr Trump threatened to annex Canada – a Commonwealth country of which the King is also sovereign.
...

The King and Queen will be joined at the Abbey by the Prince and Princess of Wales, The Princess Royal and her husband, Vice-Adml Sir Tim Laurence and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester."

^^^^not a Royal tour.

They do nothing for the RF at this time. Private citizens.

Simply a personal visit.

I hope the citizens of Australia don’t have to pay a cent towards this ego trip, security or towards lodgings for these two freeloaders.

They do not represent the crown.

There is specific security protocol for Royal Family visits in Canada. I assume it's similar in Australia (easier for me to find Canadian decisions). The following pertains to the non-working royal Duke of Sussex during visits in Canada.

During visits for Invictus, the governments of BC and Canada provided security for the Sussex duke, leading to objections from Canadians. Security for Invictus promotion over 3 days cost Canadians $44k.

I'm guessing the reason that security was provided is because Canada does not want to take the risk that there is a security risk, and something serious occurs. I would not be surprised that the same precautions are taken in Australia.

Queen Elizabeth was an Internationally Protected Person. King Charles is the same. When they designate a working/senior member of the Royal Family to travel on their behalf, that designated person becomes an Internationally Protected Person for the duration of the travel.

When non-working members of the Royal Family travel, for example Eugenie Brooksbank, she is not provided any additional security by foreign governments. She is not an Internationally Protected Person (IPP). Harry falls into an in-between space. He does not have IPP status, but he has declared that he is fearful and, as such, he is often provided security by Commonwealth Nations to avoid the potential for negative incidents.

When the Sussex duke travels to Commonwealth Nations, in my opinion, it would not be unusual for that country to consult King Charles staff for advice on security expectations. In my opinion, King Charles would advise that there are no expectations for non-working members of the Royal Family.

"As per RCMP Regulations (s.14), the RCMP has the duty to protect identified Canadian Executives (e.g., Prime Ministers, Governor General, justices of the Supreme Court, Cabinet Ministers), any other Canadian citizen or permanent resident (as defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act), who is designated by the Minister of Public Safety, Internationally Protected Persons or any foreign national who is designated by the Minister of Public Safety.

In the past, the RCMP has provided protective security to different members of the Royal Family while in Canada; however, the scope and type of services provided was dependent on the nature of the visit – i.e., in an official capacity on behalf of the Queen, or a working or private visit; whether the individual was designated by the Minister of Public Safety to receive protection from the RCMP, and in accordance with the RCMP’s assessment of the threat and risk to the security of the person.

As the Duke and Duchess have renounced their royal titles, the determination of future security obligations, designations, needs and/or associated costs has not yet been made."
