SHE felt "assaulted". This was about a MURDER, an actual assault. And her & hubby make it about her. I just can't.

I have a sneaking suspicion she may have been a JA fan all along.

It was her husband that was in prison.

If Jodi gets 25 years I think she will get out and go after the A family.

There is no 25 year sentence!!! The least she could get is Life in prison with the ability to apply for clemency after 25 years. A clemency board would have to grant her request and the governor would have to sign off, which would be political suicide (not my opinion but legal experts).

JSS will give her natural life anyhow, so we don't need to worry.

If Jodi Arias was tried in federal court, life in prison means life in prison. No parole period.

only the court has it and the legal teams would have access. No way did an attorney do that. But her, yeah, I can see it. She really needs to be fired. Her actions are not the acts of a mitigation specialist. Tweeting for the murderer-please.

I'd love to hear your take/opinion of how she has been allowed to continue her unprofessional actions? I sincerely do not understand. Who would oversee her?

Something like that I thought. I know it's been discussed here but my memory, not so good.

I'm sure someone here can remember this better than me but there was a case ( I can't remember which but it was not in AZ) where a juror was removed during deliberations, replaced by an alternate and the deliberations had to begin anew. Wish I could remember which trial that was but I honestly can't.

Exactly! She is crying victim. Birds of a feather. I have a feeling we will see her and her husband on one of those "Anthony-paying news programs" or at least I think they are hopeful to be on one or more. As a matter of fact, that could have been the plan all along, although I guess there is no way they could have known she'd be the lone holdout. But I still believe they will try to profit from this in some way. Just a feeling I have.

It had to have been leaked from JA + Co. then.
I was told that the defendent and their attorneys get access to ALL jurors contact information. It has to do with the law of defendents right to know who their jury is.

OMG! I had no idea they got jurors contact info!!!! Well, then we don't have to guess who gave them to that 'supporter site'. MLDR posts there regularly. They are going after the 11 jurors.

My guess is she deactivated her page (or changed her privacy settings) once her identity got out there. It was pretty early when the first tweet came out indicating her FB likes.

Please do not post any FB page for the juror or her husband. Please do not post pictures of them. If there is an MSM report that can be linked otherwise it is rumor only.

I believe it is really her. It has vacation photos of her and hubby...one of her FB "friends" is Jennifer Willmont, etc.

VERY SAD TO SAY IT DOES APPEAR THAT SHE IS THAT UNPROFESSIONAL and heartless.

I don't agree with how she handled this phase, but her record says she is tough on criminals and she is not a stupid woman, and is more aware of any us what kind of person Jodi is. I have faith!

This is so confusing. I could have sworn I was told he went into pvt practice in the midst of all of this.

He did. He represents sex offenders. He tried to withdraw from the case in 2011 because he resigned from the public defenders office and said it would create N. undue financial burden. Up until that time he had no overhead. He built a practice involving sex offenders and continued to be well paid for his work on this case. Especially considering he was advisory council. I highly doubt he has that much overhead since 2011. The defense has made money hand over fist in this case. Millions as a matter of fact.
