How frustrating that all of the news releases couldn't even get the DDP's name printed correctly.

I think it is correct, the DDP took the case in 2019 and later announced that she is actually African American and not Caucasian as it was thought before. After that in 2021 the members of Doe Network and Websleuths noticed the similarities with Debra Mackey’s missing person case so they contacted Lubbock Police to find Mackey’s relatives for testing. It was discussed on Plainview Jane Doe’s thread that she could be Debra Mackey.

Thank you! I am so glad Jose was identified, such a sad case, he was happily married and had a kid, his son is probably a teenage now

You were right, according the DDP’s website it was DDP who provided Debra’s identity to the police! The articles were indeed a bit confusing.

I saw that Debra and Jose now moved to Solved on the Dashboard, Rock County John Doe and Hardin County John Doe also can moved to solve, also one Frisco County John Doe appears twice, in active and pending. Thank you!

According to the dashboard, one more case was solved these days, it now says 102 cases were solved by the DDP and 110 in total

Just noticed that Suzanne the victim of Keith Jesperson, otherwise known as the Happy Face Killer was moved to solved on Doe Network, her Namus was removed some time ago.

Sometimes they can be premature on it though, they'll consider cases solved when their NamUs case is removed, before it can come back up later

Nice! Also 2 recently solved cases Jose Espinoza and Debra Mackey dont appear on Success cases page. And also Rock County John Doe and Hardin County John Doe from can be moved to solved on the Dashboard. So many cases are solved

It looks like the page url for the cases archive changed, which is why it wasn't working. It looks like it changed from /project/ to /case/.

Also Little Lost Seabrook Doe and Lost Bridge Trail John Doe are fully funded.
