Friday I spoke to a man who is now in remission from leukemia. He told me he had two/three bone marrow transplants. He also said if his DNA was ever taken, it would reflect these marrow donors, plus himself (in one way or another???). Is this true? Can our DNA come from a donor? I know it can if they take DNA cells from a donated liver/kidneys/heart/etc., but bone marrow? Is the marrow still manufacturing DNA cells from the original donor?

Yikes, I need help here.
