Is this from the Alcala case? I was about to post it also. I also emailed cnn and told them maybe it would be a good idea to reorganize the pictures so the ones that are the same are together.

The girl in the middle top row looks a bit like Julie Weflen, but I am sure the detectives in Spokan WA have gone through all of these a dozen times. Julie went missing September 1987. Her work truck was sitting at a job site and she was gone. There is a cold case thread here of her somewhere, way back.
