Do You Think Caylee died before or after Casey was at Blockbuster with Tony?

I think she was killed the afternoon of June 16th. KC was uploading a picture of herself at 11:47 that morning. So she was around the house and I do not believe Caylee was dead at that point. Where would she have put her without being questioned by George.

I realize there are some of you who believe George was in on it or is lying about seeing Caylee on June 16th. I just don't happen to believe that.

I've been following this case since the nite of the 911 calls. I've watched most depositions, read all the interviews etc. I decided to view all the odd things... 100th episode of One Tree Hill... the movie Jumper, and tonite we're watching the movie Untraceable.

The first ones weren't so bad, hardly relevant at all. But this movie, I swear has me completely sick. Its about a man who is streaming murders on the internet, and the FBI is trying to catch him. If this is the kind of trash she watched the nite Caylee died, I have no doubt she is completely guilty.

According to TL's testimony, he and Casey spent all day the 17th in bed. It could be possible it was the next day before she returned to the house for the shovel.

Although I believe she knew Caylee was dead before leaving home the afternoon of the 16th.

Before. She was dead in the trunk. That photo of Caylee is disgusting. Only a sadist would take a photo like that and post it. Is the video where KC films poor Caylee like a bug and has close-ups of Caylee's crotch going to be admitted as evidence? I hope so. I hope the Judge allows it. KC is so EVIL. She must be eliminated.

Absolutely before, Caylee was wrapped in the Pooh blanket from her bed. There haven't been any references made that Caylee was the kind of child who dragged a favorite blanket around with her. I think she was packed in the laundry bag and trash bags right there on her bed.

I can totally understand that you can't handle it. Animal torture? And now I'm thinking, Tony Lazzaro was into this film as well or did he just go along with KC's selections?? I mean when a couple goes to rent films, they usually agree on what to watch...

Blockbuster with Tony was the evening of June 16th.
George last saw Caylee around 1:30 in the afternoon of the 16th.
Not positive about the date of the shovel being borrowed but I think it was the 17th or 18th.

I believe that Caylee was killed between 2:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon on June 16th, 2008. I also believe that Casey left Caylee in the playhouse, with the little door shut, for that night. Casey then came back either the next day (17th) or the day after that (18th) when she had backed her car into the garage and put Caylee in the trunk. If Caylee had been in the trunk when Casey and Tony were driving to Blockbuster, I think that Tony would have heard Caylee (and I hate to say this part) "rolling around" in the trunk when Casey hit the brakes and the gas again.

Yep...that's the way I've been leaning as well. She took Caylee from the playhouse, panicked about what to do with her, kept her in the trunk until the stench got too bad, finally decided on taking Caylee to the woods, then tried to ditch her car.

So yes, I think ICA killed Caylee before blockbusters, but I don't believe she was in the trunk of the car.

Probably before Blockbuster and before the 1.5 hour abscence from computer and phone activity. That was probably clean up and shower time. I've always thought she was placed out back of the home in those woods for 2.5 days, until the time came that the car was to be ditched and possibly burned with reports of a fake abduction or car jacking. Something went wrong or the plan could have changed after getting her into the trunk and then again around to the final spot. I may be wrong and she could have been in the trunk for awhile, but believe it would have smelled long before even if in a container. I think she hid her out back, put her in the trunk after 2.5 days but not in any bags (the stain and hair resulted), changed her mind about the car jacking (was probably to be in Jacksonville), then put her into bags and around to the final spot. The plan may have originally been an abduction from the park then changed to car jacking. I don't think she'd have purposely gotten rid of her vehicle unless a mistake happened or ruined it on purpose. Geeze, but then again, she knew Cindy would be threatening auto theft unless she returned Caylee to the home and that she wanted to get custody. Maybe she did want to destroy the vehicle.

If CA refused to babysit on the 16th, I now have no trouble believing ICA duct taped Caylee and put her in the trunk. No wonder they put the DP back on the table.
