I just had to post this because its so wonderful! A couple from where I live adopted her so I thought this may put a smile on someones face instead of what most of the stories give us.

Where are/were the owners now and at the time of attack?

I dont think they know who the original owners of the attack were but the people that adopted her are from Lake Charles Louisiana and they were vacationing near Memphis TN where it happened. I am so glad a loving family took her.
