I dont get why Casey would tell anyone where the body was. I am not saying she didnt - I just dont understand her motivation. Were they really going to move the body?! I just cant even imagine that. And JB told him not to call LE if they found it..so what was the grand plan here?

Just a guess on my part, but right before DC searched Suburban (Nov. 15th) TES was working on gathering volunteers for this very large search. The massive number of people due to show up for this search was being covered daily on TV, local and national...this was around the first of Nov, search started the week after (Nov 8th). Casey would have been talking to Jose about this or visa versa...they would have been getting nervous, I can see Jose wanting to know if they might find something ?

I want to thank "The World According" for starting this thread. The details of Dominic's involvement in this case have been gone over many times on this site, but it's been very enlightening to take a fresh look prior to his (hopefully) soon to come deposition. One never knows what will happen, but I have renewed hope that Dominic will provide the "smoking gun" and blow this case wide open. Thanks!!!!!

Yes we need an Amber Frye moment, indeed. That girl could teach quite a few of these folks a thing or two about courage and standing up for the victim. She could shame them all!!!!

Listening to those interviews one thing struck me as very unbelievable. D Casey claims that J Hoover was 2 feet or less away from him and did not know that Hoover was videotaping him at that home?!? Are you kidding me? This guy (D Casey) is supposed to be a PI and someone that close to him can videotape him without the PI knowing it?!?! I suppose that D Casey really expects LE and the rest of us to not question some of his stupid comments. He sounded alot like Cindy and George with the ever changing story. Since Cindy and George both have something to hide, thereby explaining the ever changing stories, then what does that say about D Casey?!?

Good guess. IIRC, TM arrived on Friday Nov 7 - he and his group searched Sat and Sun the 8th and 9th. He stopped searching Monday and LP was at JBP on Monday. I think the divers were there two days and on Wed he and RG had the service at JBP. I believe LP left Thursday and I will always remember one of Murt's bloggers swung by the Anthonys on Friday night and reported LE was parked outside. Of course the very next morning DC called JH and they were out looking. I have always wondered if TM was asked not to search there to begin with (CA and TM had a meeting at MN's club to mend fences supposedly before he searched) and if DC was perhaps called in a hurry because someone thought LE might be getting too close. That whole week was too bizarre.

I also wondered at the time if the little girl sighted at the mall that same weekend (Sunday I believe) was HG's daughter. It was all just way too convenient, imo.

That next week, MB did the strange presser about it, and then the interview where CA looks grief-stricken and drugged; she is almost falling asleep on GA. That week also is when MN quit. Yeah, very very strange chain of events during that time; I wonder if we will ever know the connections.

Cecy, I always thought that while Casey was out on bail and sleeping in Cindy's room at night that Cindy "got to the truth", and later told Dom.

IMO - I think we can pinpoint the date that CA knew that Caylee was deceased on that video where she was totally zonked out - the interview with Larry King was it? That video says it all to me.

Cecy had mentioned the Nov 15th Kid Finders event, Cindy and George were present. On this same day Dominic goes to Suburban, telling JH "we are going to get Caylee". In fact, I believe DC or JH stated to LE that they stopped by the Kid Finders tent and spoke w/ Cindy and/or George before going to Suburban. Humm...

So while DC and JH are looking for a deceased child in the woods, heres what the A's are saying at the Kid Finders tent..

Actually, you may be thinking of an interview that took place right after the "mall sighting" presser with MB. It was conducted by some young reporter. GA ends up answering most of the questions because CA looks like she is falling asleep. I think she was heavily medicated. IIRC, the interview is something like Nov 20. I will try to look for the link. I should have bookmarked it, because I remembered it later and went back and watched it several times. It struck me that CA was absolutely sure about Caylee then if she hadn't been before. I had never seen her so subdued. GA is very animated and expressive - almost like he is taking charge. I noticed it because my theory at the time was that he knew positively before she did and had already been dealing with it.

I think she knew then too. And it is in fact the interview where michelle b. spoke as if she was annoyed, and GA talked with confidence. CA looked dead.

I'd actually like to watch that interview again, so I can't wait to see what you find cecy.

ETA: Knowing what I know now. I think GA handled himself so well because in his words, he has to take care of his family and hold them together. He knew that Caylee being dead would kill cindy.

You know what this says to me? Given more time they'll come up with even more bs. LP just can't stay out of it, now can he? I never liked him throwing his big 'ole black hat into the muck...and I still don't. It was never about Caylee. The fact that he's still trying to ingratiate himself...whether it's a post on his site or dealing directly with Baez (if what TP said was even close to the truth)...just further confirms for me that no truth will come out of this. Think about it- why would JB want to employ the machinations of this (IMO questionable) spinmeister? Unbelievable!
