BBM This bothers me more than the fact that JB wanted DC to call him first if they found a deceased Caylee. It bothers me because IF Caylee was alive and was being held captive... the first thing Caylee would have needed was medical assistance. They would need to check for injuries and other crimes (sexual abuse, etc...) Why would JB want to delay that?

I wonder if this statement was made when JB and DC were under contract and that is why he didn't want to say in on record when he was being interviewed by LE?

They could release DC's deposition any time now... I have most of my day empty. Only have a 3 hour shift tonight and I have the whole day off tomorrow (I told my work I was going out of town).

I believe it will be AMAZING how many us "working souls" will either be "out of town" or "locked in meetings all day" tomorrow. I will be unavailable also - "on a training course".......:floorlaugh:

I hope they release the deposition of Dominic Casey tomorrow. We have a quick hearing (maybe not so quick) tomorrow and we can take the rest of the day reading over DC's deposition. Then we have these huge hearings Friday and Saturday which will have a lot of my focus. I wouldn't be mad if they waited until Monday to release DC's depo... we'll just be sitting there all next week worrying about Judge Perry's rulings... so it would give us something to be occupied with.

This is the single most important deposition that I have been waiting for. I just hope that it answers some of my questions. Like if he wasn't out there to look into the Kiomarie tip like he claimed to LE earlier... what took him out there?

IMO ,JB knew whatever condition Caylee was in ,his client was responsible.I think he knew Caylee would not need medical attention when she was found :cry:

It would be subject to release under the Sunshine Laws IF the STATE ordered a copy. But the State does not have to release anything unless a request has been filed. I'm not sure if whatever requests the media has filed would cover this transcript. The media has clearly requested "all documents produced to the defense" or something similar, but I'm not sure what else.

If DC sticks to his version of events and admits that he lied about the Kiomarie tip because he was scared about admitting that a psychic led him there (he will have to answer why he stated in his emails that Ginette did not lead him to the exact spot) because it would sound unbelievable... I will have to accept it. :banghead:

But... I just think that it is very suspect that DC basically went into hiding after the suspected "Investigative Interview." Add on to the fact that Cindy tells Casey in one of the letters she sent to the jail that DC has betrayed her.

I just have a feeling that there is so much more to this trip to the Suburban Drive location and DC has had no other option but to tell the truth. It's on video that he found the pink baby blanket that they took into evidence... he picked it up. That right there is tampering with evidence and he didn't call LE after finding it... he went out there two more times even!! Poking, proding, etc... It's such a horrific tape to watch because we all know Caylee was out there. He was probably stepping on her.

Like you and many others, I was keeping a close lookout for news regarding DCasey's depo, and therefore Defense's possible strategy of "framing" George Anthony caught at least two ppl by complete surprise. One of them is me, the other person's name is George Anthony :crazy:

I'm sorry that I have no good answer about when DCasey's depo might be available. But it has to be soon since we're 44 days away from trial and DC is on the State wit list.

He's been out of the picture since his testimony during the ZG case (geez, I think that's the last time we saw him) and that was a very long time ago.

I thought the very same thing. And her attorney was there to make sure she did not say anything that would any way indicate that she knew exactly why DC was there. Wasn't it DC who claimed that JB told him not to call LE if he found her body? What if it was not JB directly but someone else who claim JB told her to tell DC not to call LE. Her attorney was there for a good reason. jmo

The video did not surface until after Caylee's remains were found. In the emails DC doesn't start bad mouthing Jim Hoover until December 30th, 2008... even wants him looked into as a suspect now. Jim Hoover and Dominic Casey were both interviewed by LE on January 7th, 2009. The date on the earliest I can find the media talking about the video and showing the video is on January 11th, 2009. The emails with DC and the psychics were released August 5th, 2010. He had gone AWOL way before these emails were released. He went AWOL shortly after the video came out.

ETA: Forgot about the ZFG deposition!! I have no idea when that was done?

A private investigator working for Caylee Anthony's family says he was at the site where her remains where found, a month before investigators located the body. He says he videotaped the wooded area, and that the tape shows the toddler's body wasn't there at the time.​

Investigators know the existence of the tape and want to look at all evidence that's available. Investigators also want to talk to the Anthony's private investigator, Dominic Casey, who works with Hoover. The defense wants to intervene because Casey used to work for the defense and attorney Jose Baez doesn't want him to divulge privileged information.​

..hoover gave a depo in the zenaida civil case on march 25/2009.

..dominic didn't give a civil depo, he filed for a protective order b/c of the overlapping of the 2 cases.​

It's also my uderstanding that the media has no obligation to publish it, even if in their possession.
IMO, there have been some occasions where Musik :rocker: has obtained docs that either we never saw from the media, or we saw them a day or two later, leading me to believe that the media may never have published if Musik and others like him had not beat them to the punch.

M&M also filed to depose Robyn Adams, but I am thinking they will do these sooner to the end of KC's crimincal trial, as Judge R has made it clear he wants that to take place first-Once the criminal trial is underway/finished, I think you will see HHJR give a lot more leeway to the Morgan firm to get these depos in spite of DC's opposition.

After HHJS rulings that DC had no privilege and HHJR statements that he would never discount the importance of DC having to speak after the DP case, Ms. Tennis may have told him it was time for him to make a decision-Cooperate with the state, or the road could get rough for him.

Yes, I recall now you are right, and do you know off the top when he did the investigative testimony? It must have been about this time he knew he was not going to get paid the 90K by Baez, and sometime around this time also his place of residence went into foreclosure and I do remember searching around the net looking for his website that was just gone for a few months.

DC would have had to admit what was in these emails to LDB and JA also, and the extent of his "investigative" work, yes? I can't picture JA keeping a straight face thru them.. I will have to thru the hinky timeline again because I'm sure not wading through those video clips again - ugh.
