'Donald Duck groped me' case to go ahead

A woman who claims Donald Duck groped her at Disney's Epcot theme park in Florida will have her day in court.

A federal judge in Philadelphia says Disney must defend April Magolon's post-traumatic stress lawsuit.

The 27-year-old Pennsylvania woman claims she was holding her child at the Walt Disney World park when a staff member dressed as Donald Duck grabbed her breast and then joked about it.

Years ago, before Marineland was bought up by Sea World and closed, I took my very attractive 18-year-old sister there. We were greeted at the entrance by a costumed shark and the most obscene gesture I've ever seen made with a tongue. I admit I was too shocked to react before the "shark" disappeared into the crowd.

My sister shrugged off the incident and had a great day. Maybe we should have held out for big bucks...
