Donna Brock is a TES volunteer that decided to go "undercover"

Correction. Donna B WAS a volunteer that befriended MC. The intended goal (allegedly) was to get MC to confide in her. It was DB's idea and DB's actions that led up to her termination with Equusearch and her eventual situation now.

LE often uses non-LE "undercover" civilians to secure drug arrests. Some do it out of the kindness of their hearts, some turn into narc's after getting caught with drugs themselves, to get out of their charges.. and some even get paid for providing valid information to LE. Cops have civilian resources like you wouldn't believe because once caught, many druggies turn on each other quicker than you can spell Oxycontin. LE came with the guy they sent to my house (after he got busted for having pills he got scared and told them where he got them).. gave him the money (marked for evidence) to buy the pills as they sat across the street from my house and video taped 2 different transactions in a 2 week time frame. If not for their non-LE "undercover" they wouldn't have known what I was doing (though getting caught was only a matter of time, I'm sure) and they sure wouldn't have been able to get anything on camera or have marked money as evidence against me. LE loves their narc's.

What you are describing is an informant. LE uses informants all the time, but LE does not send informants to bust people during drug transactions, all their info is given voluntarily. If the guy you're talking about was an undercover agent, he would not have gotten scared and he wouldn't have been busted.
The UC in all the videos with Ron and Misty was a cop, I am sure about that.

If she was, I agree that some will turn and do deals for LE because I knew someone who did that after deciding to turn his life around. However, when the bust went down, he was not arrested and said he never spent any time in jail. In fact, he left town after the people he was involved in pled guilty for their crimes.

ETA: I don't think this applies to Donna because she's still sitting in a cell.

I was told that she was with Misty because Misty needed help with everything in her life and Donna just got caught up with the wrong people.

As Donna states on her jail call, both of the people I spoke with say Donna is a really good person and IS NOT a drug dealer.

It could be possible that Donna's heart got her caught up in this mess. Not saying she is innocent. Not at all but I don't feel she is the same type of person that Ron and Misty are.

What jail is Donna in? I can't find that info anywhere.

PS This is harsh and only my opinion but I think there are a whole bunch of people here (not here at WS except, well there's one who thinks she's an alien but we overlook that, I mean in this situation) with serious mental disease. Borderline PD, Bi-polar, Sociopathy, and lots of others.

Didn't mean to offend. I can clarify which will doubtless only make things worse. I have my own issues by the way so I am not standing and commenting from afar. I am right smack in the the middle and I've never abused, murdered, stolen, kidnapped, etc. either.

When looking at the whole fam damily, Croslins, Cummings, Griffiths, Sykes, I see depression, I see histrionic PD, anti-social PD, addiction and a lot of other things from the PDR. I see one in particular who looks like BPD to me and that is a really difficult illness to overcome. Mental illness does not automatically make someone a villain, it also can make them a victim, easy prey for a predator.

It can also merely be a daily challenge to a regular, high functioning, contributing member of society which is where many of us fall.

This is way OT and belongs in the other thread, so I will stop right here.

Giving those pills, right there, knowing they would be sold was doing just that. Now, all that money put into jail commissary accounts could have gone towards those children and it hasn't helped find Haleigh one bit.

In the video of the drug deal I believe she handed the drugs to the buyer. I believe that is trafficing according to the state of Florida. Everyday people die in Florida from the poison she was selling.

It seems to me that it is not hard to draw a line here. Helping someone who needs a confidant and a friend, who may need some cash to provide a few Christmas presents, who needs a bit of advice on how to improve her life is nothing but admirable....BUT, participating in a road rage incident, and accompanying that person on drug deals is not a magnanimous or virtuous action. While there has been no trial or conviction, the evidence so far shown seems to indicate clear and willing participation in both procuring and distributing the illegal medications.
