Bonnell was her married name. She was married to Robert B Bonnell, who obtained a divorce in April 1979. She had 2 children with him according to the divorce record on Ancestry. The husband remarried later in 1979. I am fairly sure she was born Donna Lee Tyler, but married Bonnell under the name Donna Lee Woodworth, having been married to Thomas Woodworth in the 1960s (and divorced in 1969). This all comes from Ancestry records which show the marriage to Bonnell in 1970 and the divorce from Woodworth in 1969 with her name on marriage given as Tyler. This must be her birth name unless there was an even earlier marriage.
