The link above says 15 buildings were destroyed, but four crew members and at least 33 people on the ground were killed.

It was a cargo plane, so not many people onboard, thank goodness.

Horrific scene. I hope it was an accident, not deliberate.

It does indeed seem like an accident - foggy weather, close to airport. For some reason, the pilot missed the runway?

Jeez go media, again, the 707 stop being built in like 1979! This was a 747-- the jumbo jet built and was lovingly nicknamed the Queen of the Skies for decades

This is horrific but, awful to say but thank god it was a cargo plane and not a 747 full of passengers!

Fog seems hard to grasp as resulting in a crash.I am wondering if something went wrong with the navigation equipment as opposed to the crew flying airliner into the ground ??
