Dr. Lillian Glass/True Crime Radio/Thursday/Burke Ramsey on Dr. Phil

Yes, I too, want to hear more about John Mark Karr, and hope that future discussions and documentaries about JonBenet feature more and more of this riveting man.

I think John Karr has added enough noise to the JonBenet case. We know he didn't do it, he was on the other side of the country when it happened. I was disappointed that he even creeped his way onto Tricia's interview last night - although the rest of the interview was very informative. I think Karr only serves to personify the type of person the Ramseys want people to believe killed JonBenet - instead of the person who did.

Thank you so much Tricia for the great interview with Dr. Glass.

You are a superb interviewer. You cover all of the details and are so respectful to whom you are interviewing - every time! You certainly have a gift. Thank you for this.

Rats! I was listening to the program when my elderly mom interrupted me at the 21-minute mark. I paused it, then when I went to play it, it restarted from the beginning on my ipad. I tried to scan ahead, but no dice. So, I will have to wait until I am sure to not be interrupted to play it!

I think Karr is trying to say that he knows who did it. I think he is trying to say he knows the perv who did it and the death was the result of an accident. Lots of times pervs talk but he is most certainly lying about knowing who did it.

Nope. You got it right, Tricia. In the ID interview he boasted that he was surgically castrated. Sounded quite proud of himself, and admitted he was a pedophile with terrible fantasies prior to the surgery. Now, he can no longer have an erection.

(Welcome back, stranger! :loveyou:)

So, he's trying to tell us that minus a penis, he no longer has fantasies and desires to engage in sexual acts with children? I can bullspit !

It's unfortunate they only devoted 15 min to John Mark Kart in the ID special. It should have been at the very least, an hour.

Didn't JMK transition to a woman? Alexis Reich?

"Duping delight" was Dr. Glass' impression of BR's inappropriate smiling. "Deviant" was her description of him pretending to sleep on 12/26/96.

She was shocked at the poopy chocolates and deemed it an act of violence and an act of hatred for JBR.

Interesting. Thanks Tricia!

He said that the evil poison, testosterone, is no longer controlling him since his castration.

Karr is important to the story in a much larger context.
Those of us that followed the case closely did NOT get excited when his name hit the news.
Having Karr extradited highlights what an idiot Mary Lacey was/ is.

From the JonBenet specials we've learned of her inappropriate relationship with John Ramsey, Her ignorance of the evidence and she caved to threats from Lin Wood.

Was bummed that I missed it yesterday. Found it online; starting it right now! Can't wait to hear some insight. Thanks for keeping it up online, Tricia.

Why the brother of strangled beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey smiled while discussing her murder

Burke Ramsey came under fire from viewers for bizarrely smiling throughout the televised chat.
September 16, 2016

A body language specialist, Judi James, has given her insight on Burke's behaviour to IBTimes UK.
She said: "When we assess body language behaviours we compare expressions and gestures to what
we consider to be 'normal'. However when we look at someone under extreme pressure, e.g. emotional trauma or appearing in court accused of a crime, there is no real 'normal' to use, as has been seen many times in court cases.
"Deep grief can make a person respond with a reflex laugh or become immobile, appearing unfeeling. Guilt can look calm and innocence can prompt displays that might be seen as 'shifty'.
"We especially forget the pressure of the kind of 'performance' someone like Burke will be under as we tend to ignore the fact that there were cameras filming his every move and a professional interviewer asking questions.

"No matter what someone's inner feelings there will always be
the pressure to look normal when in reality there is no such thing. It would be easy to imagine that looking 'yourself' might involve a smile.
"Anxiety can also prompt a smile under extreme conditions. Apes use what looks like a smile gesture when they are in fact terrified and the same tightening of the lip muscles can affect humans."

"Body language is not a precise science which is why in court cases or events like this it is always important to look at facts and evidence rather than make assumptions based on the facial expressions or non-verbal behavior of anyone involved."

BBM Thank you! I agree and that is what I have been doing. I am open minded to body language interpretations but they are kind of the icing on the cake (the cake being the facts, statements, evidence, ect found in the case).
