I believe that after 3 plus years there would be some progress made. Yet the excuses are becoming even more and more bizarre each and every time she opens her mouth. It is my opinion she is not in denial. She is in her usual Cover Casey Anthony's butt mode and protecting her own image.

Unfortunately I have known others who have suffered tremendous losses in their lives and I have yet to know anyone three years out that is still on another planet. Especially one who has been in therapy supposedly for all three years.

imo

bold mine

"Yet the excuses are becoming even more and more bizarre each and every time she opens her mouth. "

Yep I agree. Cindy's lies are and always have been imo "made to measure" .

I've never doubted Cindy's love for Caylee but I dont buy the long term denial excuse and havent since I viewed her FBI session which happened within a couple of weeks of Caylee being reported missing. For me that was a true revelation. And I defy anyone watching this not to agree that Cindy's agenda was not how do we find Caylee, how do we get the truth from Casey? For me it was all about deflecting blame and painting FCA in a false light. And its that totally false portrayal of FCA that bothered and still bothers me.

Because we learned later, that Cindy had quite recently tried to make Casey accountable. She had attempted to cut her off financially and she had sought counselling. The person who penned "My Caylee is missing" knew the score. Yet, no mention of gran mal seizures to Scott Bolin. She totally skirted around FCA'S stealing, no mention of post pregnancy changes she'd noticed in her daughter. Here she was talking to the FBI. These people are professional people finders. You don't hold back, you assist, you lay your self and your family secrets bare. Finding Caylee should have been the focus of this meeting and whatever that took. Cindy knew her daughter held all the answers.

I agree, it takes an evil person to try and pin a murder on an innocent person. Thankfully Cindy's devious plan didn't work but her intent was there. Free FCA at any cost even if it meant an innocent person sat in prison for the rest of their life.

What did Amy get in return for taking Cindy to FCA's hideout at Tony's, a big fat lie from Cindy that Amy could be the nanny. Cindy had never even met Amy until she called her that day to find FCA.

As far as George, he can turn on the grieving grandfather one minute then belligerent the next. He is on the Caylee gravy train as well. He just hides it a bit better than Cindy. Why can't they do an interview for free? Everything has a price.

I honestly don't know how they can enjoy the money and freebies they get from Caylee's death. They don't do anything for free.

IMO

Look, lawyers do this all the time - and they are not called evil. That word is and should be reserved for those who really are evil. Richard Ramizez, John Wayne Gacey. Not Cindy Anthony.

John and Patsy Ramsey did the same thing and I am sure there are many others who do it when caught in a corner, they freeze and try to blame others.

Cindy was very good to Caylee and loved her dearly. I cannot apply the title "evil" to Cindy - Evil is left for the likes of Manson and his idiot followers who did what he wanted.

But we disagree.

I don't like CA either, but I can't believe some folks put her on the same level as FCA. She didn't want any of this and I think it's pretty cruel to say otherwise.

alright whoever's seen this last interview..... Highlights/lowlights from this latest installment of carp.......?

  • #1,405
Let's all settle down!

  • #1,406
Well, at least this show is over. Maybe, just maybe, they'll go quiet and not give anymore interviews. I can hope, right?

Keep in mind that CA did say that RG was involved, along with AH and RM. Had some nutjob believed her and shot one of these people CA would have had JB use it to clear KC in a heartbeat. Look at what CA tried to do with ZG. CA was out for blood to place the blame on anyone other than KC. That's not exactly "Mother-of-Year" type of behavior. jmo

She was not working. There was no money earned for her to spend. Instead, she quit her job when she got pregnant and just started stealing from her mom. She lied about being an event planner. She was not working for a long while. She stole from her mom, her family, her friends, anyone she could get money out of to make ends meet. She stole Amy H's resume and tried to pass it off as her own. This girl was lazy and allergic to working. She wasn't paying any bills, paying for anything for Caylee, just going out and partying on someone else's dime all the time. Please don't try to make her better than she is. She's nothing but a lazy do nothing who got tired of being a mom. It's that simple.

Yeesh.
I'm aware Casey had no job.
I'm aware she stole from other people.
I'm not making her better or worse than she is.
The post that started this was:

Ya know, I'm just thinking back to the earlier Dr. Phil segments where he said "you never verified her employment". What parents verify their 22 year old daughters employment? I do not in any way want to stick up for Cindy, but what would have told her to try and verify Casey's employment? Casey was already showing her the nametag and fake emails.

And this post:
IMO having no money doesn't = she didn't have a job, it could also = she spent her paycheck on beer and food for Tony's apartment and stole from others when her paycheck ran out.

All I'm saying is my parents never "verified" my employment when I was in my 20's. And I'm sure if I showed them emails from my boss (why would they assume they were fake?) and a nametag I needed to get in the building.....they would have yelled at me for wasting my paycheck on something else before they thought they needed to verify my employment.

I watched CA say, "there was justice for Caylee when her mother walked" It brought back verdict day, I can't even stomache to listen to any of them. I hope they fall into a hole and disappear, the whole lot of them......... I'm ashamed we breathe the same air.....

Apparently she said something like if they could be wrong about the number of chloroform searches they could be wrong about the date and time.

I just don't get this, Cindy keeps saying the SA office was going to bury George with allegations of molestation.......was she even in the courtroom? Did I miss something or did all that stuff come from the DEFENSE??????

Sorry. I deleted my post after seeing you reply to someone else. I realized I was repeating the same thing someone else had said.

One thing I did want to say is that my parents did my taxes until I was 25. I had to give to them paperwork for that every year. Also, if they had asked me, I would have shown they paystubs and even deposits into my bank account, especially during the time that I was living with them. Casey was still living at home off of her parents. They had every right to investigate and see if she was really working. Instead, Cindy indulged in a fantasy world that did not match reality and prevented George from destroying that fantasy world. Now if Casey lived on her own and paid for herself, then her parents had no right to see if she was really working. But she was living under her parent's roof, and that means she should have been abiding by their rules. But she refused to, and Cindy just made herself blind to it. George took it even further by going to where Casey worked and of course, verified she didn't work there. Cindy could have done that as well, but she never did, never bothered to do so. There are many, many ways to verify employment. It's not impossible to do.

Now maybe they didn't have a standing legally to get this info on their own, but they certainly could have demanded it from Casey, and never did. Or go to her job and ask if she worked there. I'm sure they could have gotten that information quite easily.

All IMO, btw. And I'm trying to be respectful. I hope I don't come off any other way.

You're not attacking her, so you must be defending her. At least that's how I took that comment.

ummm don't know how you got that out of the comments but discussing facts in this case is not attacking IMO.

I have to hide my face whenever they show that not guilty verdict. I'm a strong person but I cannot watch that.

i couldn't agree more.... didn't she say something like she knew it was an accident because god let her go (or she was acquitted because of god)... hmmm, god didn't stop 9/11, oklahoma city, columbine, countless murders, rapes, horrible tragedies, but intervened to help her daughter? im not debating religion, not even saying if i believe in anything or not, just saying i thought that was a pretty insensitive "its all about me" thing to say,,, again, barf.... lol

i too am ashamed to breathe the same air!

The one statement from CA that "ruffled my feathers" was that CA (when learning from JB about the drowning)

"I felt relieved that Caylee didn't suffer........"

Um, :waitasec: HUH? Hold up. Drowning (if THAT is what truly happened) is one of the most horrible of deaths.

She (CA) just turns my stomach with some of the things she says. So, now we at least know that CA is "relieved" that she now knows that Caylee didn't suffer. GMAB :banghead:
