George, Cindy Divided On Casey's Verdict
Couple Disagrees On Trial's Outcome, Future Relationship With Daughter

POSTED: 5:05 pm EDT September 19, 2011
UPDATED: 5:12 pm EDT September 19, 2011

George said he doubts he'll ever reconcile with Casey.

"If Cindy and Lee have a relationship with Casey, that's great. I don't think I can have that relationship again with my daughter," George said.

Dr. Phil also brought up the bombshell allegations that George sexually molested Casey. George reaffirmed that he had never molested Casey or touched her inappropriately. Cindy said she believed her husband.
As for whether Cindy perjured herself on the stand when she testified she had searched "chloroform" on the family's computer, Cindy stood by her testimony.

"On Caylee's name, the one person in the world who's dearest to my heart, I would swear I made a chloroform search," Cindy said.
So to all those who recently wondered if Cindy truly cared for her granddaughter...you have your answer.

Cindy commenting on KC's reaction in court to the molestation story...

"What KC had to do to her dad.....or what her defense team had to do."

Freudian slip????

Also of note....Cindy said that at the time when GA was going to move back after the time apart, KC was looking for any ammunition to keep GA out. If the molestation had taken place she would have spilled it at that time. (paraphrased)

This is about the ONLY thing she's said that makes some sense..It would've been the perfect time to 'spill' what I believe is a big fat LIE!

I already addressed the issue of WHO is responsible for doing what they did to GA in another post..I so badly want the BA to investigate this & have since he spewed that VILE "penis" scenario during his OS!

Standard defense technique to "do whatever it takes" to get a client off, however, I do believe that O/S came from information that the defendant gave JB. I also have the same question as Dr. Phil. Why the necessity to defend an accidental drowning by inserting molestation charges.........unless it is purely to garner sympathy for the defendant by making her father look like the personification of evil.

MOO
I think that was Casey's payback IMVHO.There were other times I could hear her voice in the courtroom. I'm sure she insisted on giving digs to those she felt betrayed her (in her sick mind)....including AH.

I have a General MD that I discussed up thread. She always asks that next pesky question.
WHEN did you do that search Cindy? Was it - say - was it April 2011 - just so you could say "yes, I did search for chloroform?". So "it" wouldn't be a "real lie"?

I'm "on" to your lies Cindy Anthony and the method you use in that mind of yours that tells you it's not really a lie - it's just a little mistruth...

Because the State proved without a doubt you did not search during the time FCA did that search. You remember, when you perjured yourself in court?

I wanna know how CA & GA have stayed together for the last three years with the difference in the way the two think? Haven't they been seperated before? If I were in GA's shoes I couldn't live in the same house with that woman. JMOO

She swore on Caylee's name.

Thanks Wonders - I took Dr Fessels comment seriously.

What the heck does it mean to swear on someone's "name"? WTH kind of a saying is that?
It means nothing to me at all...:waitasec:

Exactly. Also if JB had invented the accusations, Casey at any time could have refuted them, in court. In addition, as has been stated here, why didn't she use them as a reason for her mother not to allow him back into the house? One other thing, a victim of molestation wouldn't want or allow their molester to be in the delivery room as she gave birth.

no, she'll see them when the time is right. I bet George is real happy about that.

Who wants to bet that it will be in a public forum when FCA makes her first public media appearance? Cha-Ching $$$$$$$$$

Did this woman really say this about her little granddaughter drowning?

“I felt relieved that Caylee didn't suffer.”

Caylee.jpg

I began to fight for breath through waves of nausea. I was desperate to stay calm, desperate not to inhale.

But the water kept flooding into my nostrils and mouth and I began to choke.

Now I was entering another circle of hell. I felt I was drowning, like a huge boulder was on my chest pushing me beneath the ocean waves.

Shivering, I wanted to scream a thousand screams but nothing came out and the water kept gushing in.

I was being waterboarded.

Relieved?

So far I have learned alot from this 3rd interview. What I would comment on right now is;

CA: I would swear on Caylee's name I made a search for chloroform.

CA said before this she put in the search bar chlorophyll and chloroform came up and she clicked on it. It was only up for a couple seconds and then WE clicked off it.

Who is the we?
CA said she made a search, not that she didn't commit perjury.

I have this taped and will rewatch it tonight. I don't know about anyone else but I heard tons of lies in this interview.

One thing I can say right now which bothered me at the time was the DT opening statement:
JB: Shortly after GA starts to yell at KC..look what you've done..your mother will never forgive you..and you will go to jail for neglect for the rest of your frickin life.

You can hear the felons lies within this OS..

Shortly after...would someone wait to start screaming at another after just finding the dead child?

You will go to jail for neglect for the rest of your frickin life

Frickin is the felons language, not GA's
GA is EX-LE...would he tell anyone they will go to jail for neglect for the rest of their life. Neglect may be an offense but not a sentence for life.

Warning- what follows below is about drowning & is graphic, and only at the end is it relevant to what She said about Caylee's death.

Not all drowning is equal. I almost died drowning, many years ago. I was kayaking on a river, alone, turned upside down and was swept under a tree, under water, and pinned. I fought and fought, couldn't get out of the kayak, and lost consciousness. The fighting part was no fun- lots of fear, but there wasn't any physical pain or even emotional pain, other than the fear.

Thank God, I came to being carried downstream by the river, outside my kayak. It took me some seconds to understand where I was and what was happening.

That said, if say a child was drowning because her mother was killing her in a swimming pool, I have no doubt that the child's pain of every kind would be unimaginable.

Usually you swear on your mother's name presuming she is dead. At least in come cultures they do do that. The problem is CA claims she did the searches on those days and she knows she did them because she skipped work those days and she swore, under oath, that her employer altered her timecard to show she worked. Not only was it proven she lied, she also accused her boss of doing something that could have gotten that boss fired if it were true. So who would you be willing to believe. She didn't just tell a little mistruth she told a whopper that had far reaching implications of healthcare fraud. CA can't work because her lies would make any employer think twice before he hired her. jmo

I would swear I made a chloroform search,"

That statement needs elaborated on. :floorlaugh: Typical Cindy. We should always pay attention to Cindy's use of words.........e.g. if she input the word chloroform the week before Dr Phil her claim could be considered true. But clearly as was testified by the Gentiva lawyer and in the true context of the question, she did not search the phrase " how to make chloroform" Nor did she search for neck breaking, acetone or alchol on a particular date and time in March 2008. Conclusion, she lied in court and she lied to Dr Phil. Is anyone that surprised?

I believe I heard it reported during the trial that the DT can't " make up" their own story. Whatever they put in the OS had to come from the felon herself.

CA: JB made GA the fall guy because he was running out of people to blame

When GA heard the verdict his thought was..my daughter is going to walk out of here.
I'm not going to find out about Caylee

That's been my point all along. If Cindy or George - either one of them - thought there was even a .000000000000000000001% chance Caylee drowned in their pool, that pool would not still be in their back yard.

I don't believe for a sec that she drowned in the pool and if CA really believes this then it will plague her everyday of her life. She and Caylee were the last ones in the pool the day before. Did she put the ladder back or not? As much as FCA hated CA, (telling her friends that CA is crazy) I'm sure that's exactly what she wants CA to believe. That Caylee drowned because CA forgot to take the ladder off of the pool. Do I think that this happened. Hell no. FCA was in party mode with no sitter. Plain and simple. I have a question. Did she win the hot body contest? Did the ends justify the means? Was that hot sex with TL worth the life of her daughter?

IMO having no money doesn't = she didn't have a job, it could also = she spent her paycheck on beer and food for Tony's apartment and stole from others when her paycheck ran out.

You know she wasn't working though, right??

With cindy, just follow the pronouns. She takes responsibility for NOTHING! In her jul 3rd myspace, she never owned the words. She did it in 3rd person, as if another was writing it. She includes "we" to again and not taking any responsibility for her own words. Her entire sentence, when analyzed is a lie. She is not smart enough to even lie well. The words, "I WOULD swear" gets her off the hook. I would swear I'd make a chloroform search. That is a sentence set for future statements. She is not saying she lied in the past. She is saying she would not lie in the future. It sounds like lawyereze speak to me.

Actually, I don't think he said anything about 'who parties on a Monday night in Orlando?'. I've read a few posts here that refer to him saying that, but what I remember him saying on The View is that there weren't many parties going on in Orlando on a Monday afternoon. This may seem like a small point, but it's one of those things that just grows and grows until people start to believe that he really did say 'who parties on a Monday night in Orlando?' when he didn't.

I'm just going by what I remember him saying when I watched it.
I listened VERY CAREFULLY to Jose Baez's Exact Words: I was certain that he said: "If you live in Orlando how many parties are there on a Monday Night!" Turns out he said: " If you live in Orlando, you know there's not that many parties on a Monday afternoon." BUT then he added : "And all they did that evening was go out and rent a video."

It's Jose playing with words and times once again to leave or create doubt and confusion.

Exactly, and if the pool comes down now it will be for appearances only.
