I'm in Illinois and have directv. The scedule shows Dr. Phil is on channel 17 at 2:07am.
This is incorrect. My daughter is telling me the show airs on channel 13 at 4:00pm today. My scedule shows The Doctors on at that time slot but my daughter is usually right.

I've got to remember to watch it when it airs this afternoon. By then I'll probably know the whole thing by heart from reading here, LOL. But I want to see their demeanor and expressions and all that.

What I've read so far sounds a lot like a couple mothers of adult children that I know. A LOT like them. They seem to leave the real world and enter a fantasy one when it comes to their kids. I'm not really friends with these women; we're more like acquaintances. I know I can't be friends with someone like that, because I'd have to start living in that same fantasy world if I spent any time with them. Every time one of them started spinning a new web of deceit about their kid, I'd have to walk away because I'd want to tell them to open their eyes and take a look at reality.

Now I'm curious to see how much of these women I know in real life I'll see when I watch the show later. So many things I've read so far are almost exact parallels, down to looking for medical reasons for their kid's behavior.

The thing is, it's abuse and it's neglect and it helps define who and what these children will eventually become. These are the people entrusted with teaching them right from wrong. We learn our values and morals from our parents, we learn how to cope with and interact in the world from our parents, we learn about consequences and being held accountable for our actions and in-actions, from our parents. When parents work with everything they have inside to deny their children these things they are neglecting and abusing them. That may be difficult for them to grasp because they have justified it every which way they can think of.. but it is the truth!

I was raised this way, by a mother like this who thought (in her fantasy world) that she was actually doing me a favor but she taught me nothing accept that rules and laws and consequences did not apply to me, that I could do whatever I wanted and nobody would do anything about it accept defend me and blame everyone else for my actions. It's wrong and it is not "parenting" in any sense of the word!

I am not really sure why anyone wants to watch it. It'll be a continuation of exactly what they've already been spewing for the past 3 years. I'm sure of it. I am still much too angry to be able to join those of you watching.

I have a feeling this show is going to do nothing more than enrage those of us who have pretty much settled down and accepted the verdict. I can't help thinking every negative emotion I've felt over the past 3 years is going to surface all at once and my head is going to explode. Still not sure if I will watch or not...I have 2 hours to decide. One thing is for certain...this show will validate that the fact that I can loath Cindy even more than I already do.

Neither one has been asked to be payed. But asked for the charity (caylee fund)

If you want to take a peek at a mother who has the beginning markings of a cindy, watch out for the mother who tells you they believe every single thing their child says...that their child would never lie. They take their child's side in everything. It's as if they consider themselves and their child against the world. They refuse to believe their child is even capable of wrong decisions, lies or bad behavior.

Cindy can't even use the word "LIE". She has her own vocabulaly. She calls them mistruths. Did Dr. Phil correct her on that? Does anyone dare go up against CA. It appears she comes out slinging/swinging and people don't want to cross her.

Oh boy, do I know a mother like this! As a matter of fact, our whole town has her number. My son started hanging around her son and after repeated warnings to our son about this he became a victim of her finger pointing! He had to learn the hard way. But Karma is a *****! Her son, who could do no wrong, has had a revolving ticket to jail for the past 8 years or so! My son, back on track! :great:

My grid wasn't updated completely with the new fall schedule yet. Dr Phil and Ellen are on different channels here starting this week, but you wouldn't know it from the grids. I'm still not even clear whether Dr Phil is on at 3 or 4 here now. I guess I'll find out. He was on at 3 on the old channel but it may be 4 on this one.

I found it in the 5:00 time slot on our local CBS. At that time, I'd be watching a cooking show or news on local NBC. Dr. Phil reruns on OWN.

C- after 25 years marriage G leading a different life. they almost split.

2006-casey hurt because she felt G was kicking casey and caylee out. she didn't want george to come back home after seperation.
