btw -cindy's facial expressions are worth watching

regarding the lies---
phil wanted to know how she could miss such huge warning signs.

c-you gotta understand casey started talking about zanny spring 2006-
zanny apparetnly ddint' watch caylee daily

phil thats the point --31 days of silence, you must have had signals
c-i didn't know she was lying about all the jobs.
I thought she was working more and always took excellant care of caylee had no reason to doubt her

huge detailed lies.

if cindy knew what she knew now, she'd have looked earlier
cindy talked daily to casey

phil are you mad at her?
c-i'm past the anger stage.

phil-she played you for a fool
g- yes she did

when she was stealing nothing went off in your head?
g- of course. I confronted her. I'm working on it etc.
phil- come on you're a cop
g-i confronted casey when things didn't add up, but if i came across heavy handed, i'd be pushed further from her. We already had a bad relationship
I was taken for a fool, possibly parenting from guilt.

phil-I'm a grandfather..I just dont' buy it.
c-thats why on july 3rd ..drove to universal. she was irritated.

phil-on july 3rd your myspace post.
cindy-caylee was missing in my heart, not physically
phil, did you know something then? "my caylee is missing"
c- I wanted casey how much to know she was hurting me, purposely keeping her away from me.

about impounded car-
phil did you smell something rigiht away?
g- yes. I know that smell from past experience. but nothing in the trunk, he was thankful he didn't see daughter or grandaughter.

phil-what do you now believe the smell is from
c-i dont' know
g- I don't want to beleive it. I know caylee is no lnoger with us
Phil=-do you believe caylee was in that trunk?

and (as I mentioned in sidebar) that would explain the whole high school graduation LIE how? Was that pre-traumatic schizophrenia?

And weren't there friends from high school that said that Casey was a notorious liar even then?

  • #143
From reports on Fox news, I learned that Cindy hopes Casey will go on to have a "happy life" and more children.

While having more children is so noxious one cannot even contemplate it, having a happy life is more complicated.

I have NEVER met anyone who lost a child who has gone on to have "a happy life". I don't mean to imply that every single moment is misery or unhappy, but there is a lingering sadness despite years passing. There is a vulnerability always present & it is observable.

If I am not mistaken, I can see that similar sadness & bewildered look in George in the couple of clips that have been aired. Not so with Cindy.

Yes, yes, and yes!

I have such a hard time interacting with the mothers I know who are like this, especially now that their kid is an adult. When some have told her flat out that she has to open her eyes and stop the enabling and the bailing out and the excuses, she says things like 'Oh, I know' and 'She's going to have to start standing on her own two feet' and then keeps right on enabling and bailing out and the excuses. It'll never stop.

I'm no psychologist, but I think they (the ones I know in RL) keep doing it because they think the kid's actions reflect badly on them, making them look like a bad parent. In reality, they look worse because of everything they do to try and minimize and excuse and 'fix' their kid's behavior.

good ol horse sense will carry you farther than any book smarts! trust your gut.

Cindy believes she was too hard on Casey??? Get real she wasn't hard enough with her. She enabled her all her life.

It sounds from the interview that George is being far more forthcoming. And that he accepts reality and the truth.

In the end, it might be that George is the only Anthony family member that will emotionally heal from this murder.

Too bad I forgot to record this before I left for work this am.

do you think caylee was int eh trunk

g-some parts of me believe that. I do
c-I dont know. I dont know if it was casey's car or some other way.

phil, you called 9-11 (listening to 9-11 call first one)

c-casey went right to her room and lee followed her in.
she heard telling lee zanny kidnapped caylee. she was overwhelmed.
her worst nightmare just unfolded.

phil-that was the first time something was wrong?
c-yes.
phil-what did you say to casey
c-what are you talking about (crying) she just screamed at her and wanted to choke or hit her) she punched the bed, to get her anger out. Why didn't you tell us?

casey said she was afraid.
she called 9-1-1 again (listening to 2nd call)

casey's voice on 9-1-1 call explaining the 31 day kidnapping.
phil=what did you think of her behaviour rigth there?
c-i thought she was very calm
g-I thought it was strange she was so calm.

cindy fell into george's arms.
c and g didn't know if they could be in teh same house as her, cindy wanted her taken into custody.
then didn't want to see her daughter in handcuffs...just wanted answers for caylee

phil and as we now know, casey knew caylee was gone.,, cont'd to lie
c- Yup. (crying)

That, and paying themselves to run dubious charities in their granddaughter's name.

That is the thing about this interview that really bothers me. There's no way in HE double hockey sticks that these two know how to run a foundation/charity, even if they really do have the best of intentions. Madonna couldn't do it right, with all the resources she has, so I'm not sure how the Anthonys think they are actually going to get anything done. Even Oprah has had problems and she has more money than God.

I just keep thinking how much good that money that Dr. Phil gave their piddly little foundation could do if given to a reputable, well-established, well-researched organization. It really hurts me. I hope that if people want to give money to the Anthonys' cause (grandparents' rights? missing kids? what is it this week?), that they would do their research and find a reputable organization doing that work and donate to it.

btw- george seems to be quite honest in this interview. Phil doesn't seem to be light on them.

They just can't stop themselves, they do not care what we think or what we say. Its all about them, their rules and their agenda. Three, possibly four, people in this family have deep, deep issues. Each of them may be a bit unique, but each is a very dangerous person. Whether together or apart, they cause pandemonium and chaos, and whomever is there focus - is going to get very hurt, or worse.

I suspect that over the years, they will rear their ugly heads every so often. Something else will happen, and it will be just as major. They'll go through whatever money they gained from this latest stop on their fibapalozza tour, and then they'll be back for more. They have fed from this trough for the past three+ years, and they covet and need it.

They scare me.

RBBM: :rocker: "Fibapalozza Tour" ... absolutely perfect ... love it ! :great::great::great:

I am hoping the Anthony's interviews with Phil McGraw are the "first" AND "LAST" on the Anthony's tour post-verdict ...

After what I have read so far ... the Anthony's should go and hide their heads in "shame" ...

MOO ...

Well - I'm going to have to play a few rounds of stage III of "Angry Birds" and throw a few bombs around before I can watch Dr. Phil. For anyone who hasn't played it yet - very good for reducing stress - heh heh.

I'm not a game player but my son introduced me to "angry birds"......and my grand daughter , "Call of Atlantis"....I was hooked. LOL

My response in red. I hope Morgan is watching every minute of this interview.

they are talking sooooooo quickly! Trying hard to get everything, but it's not possible..

Interview cont'd

Opening statements of baez.

when you heard the defense say g was involved in cover up of caylee..did it occur to you that he hid that to you?
C-no, not when it comes to caylee ...he'd never had done that.
watched his heart break every day

phil-do you make excuses for people
c-I did until the last few years. I know better. She is making excuses for FCA right now.
phil-do you excuse the lies?
c- not at all. Yes, you do.
phil for 2 years you thought she worked at universal
c- yes, I'm angry about it. No you did not, remember your myspace post 'The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?” '

george she borrowed and stole money from me and cindy.
she stole gas. I think he answered differently to Morgan under oath.

phil-where was she when she was supposed to be at work
c-most of the time casey and caylee were together, she was having play dates or taking caylee to teh park Can she produce one picture of a play date?
phil-why lie about it?
cindy-would ask casey about money on cc's ....casey lied. She thought casey and george didn't deserve to be 3rd degreed about their lies.

George -casey had great excuses. Didn't he say 'the bi@@h knows where Caylee is and she's not taking'?

phil-was there a time where yout hought casey was out of control before this.

cindy-there was spring 2008..was confronting casey more about money debt. casey always had an excuse. LA said FCA started stealing in high school.
cindy afraid if she made casey move out worried about where caylee would be.

cindy never considered taking caylee away from casey. The 911 call tells a different story when CA thought she was on hold and not being recorded. She threatened to take Cayee.

the straw that broke camels back, was when money stolen from grandparents. Didn't she say on the stand that she and Casey sat together viewing pictures that night?

george-cindy enabled casey because of what george did.
cindy claimed she never threatened to take away caylee, gave her several months to get her act together.

cindy claims she may have pushed her too hard.

Dr phil- do you agre casey told a lot of lies?
G and C agree she does.

Dr phil, as you look back, were there warning signs?
Cindy-after caylee was born there were changes in FCA...she thinks she has post partum skitzophrenia.

No other characters prior to pregnancy
hid pregnancy for 5 months, do you find that odd?
G-she might have been scared to tell us

Phil-when did anything start to be a problem
g-2006 she started lying alot
c-2007 it was 2007

money missing, lying, cindy and I seperated. G was online gambling.
C- after 25 years marriage G leading a different life. they almost split.
was it a signifgant amount of money? about 35k yes it was

2006-casey hurt because she felt G was kicking casey and caylee out. she didn't want george to come back home after seperation.

Am I wrong or did I read somewhere that GA said the felon started causing problems when she was 16? That would be around 2002?

btw- george seems to be quite honest in this interview. Phil doesn't seem to be light on them.

It does sound, at least from what is being transcribed that George is being honest. Refreshing for once.

JB is not licensed to practice in Maryland, nor Aruba???

Well maybe the suspect can wait 8 years for Baez to be admitted to the bar in Maryland? :floorlaugh:

OK Beach I'm going to behave now. :truce:

  • #155
No, they're thinking that since he was able to get someone by the likes of Casey Anthony off on murder who EVERYONE in the world except the Pineallas 12 thought was guilty of murder then he will get this guy off too.

It wasn't JB who got Casey off, it was that his dumbed down approach worked like a charm on the Pineallas 12. With a different jury, any other jury really, we wouldn't have the same result.

The jury put GA on trial...They talked more about him than they did the felon!

jail house video's being shown.
phil- it seems cindy is suspicious of casey in this video.
c-explaining camera angles. tryign to get answers from casey about caylee. We were playing detectives.

showing more clips, showing cindy telling casey everyone is looking for her.

phil=why did you ask if we were going to be able to find her?
c- I wanted casey to tell me if we were going to be able to find her.
she thought perhaps casey hid caylee.

g- I was very tough on my daughter, I wanted answers when she was bonded out. I screamed and hollered at her.

casey-dad zanny took her.
g-I didn't believe her. He thought she was kieeping her away from cindy.

why did she go to hard body contest, tattoo
c-claims casey filled in reluctantly for the hot body contest. Casey's mood was subdued when she got there. I'm not making excuses for her
phil-yes you are

cindy continues to make excuses for phots. painting her in a bad light
cindy socialized while caylee was missing, thats why she believes it's ok for hot body contest.

phil-cindy you weren't involved in the death, do you understand that?
c- I understand that.
phil-what i see is casey making concious decision within days of death of daughter
I have a hard time framing it in any other way.
g-there is something cindy and I don't agree with..
(commerical)

I'm not a game player but my son introduced me to "angry birds"......and my grand daughter , "Call of Atlantis"....I was hooked. LOL

Me either. I LOVE the Bomb Birds and the Egg dropping birds - I always feel so much better after a few rounds.....I only found it on Google Chrome because my kids were annoying me on the IPhones playing it. It's very cleverly done IMO.

  • #158
It does sound, at least from what is being transcribed that George is being honest. Refreshing for once.

I agree, but I do wish he would stop beating around the bush and come out and spill it that he knows Caylee was in the trunk and that the FCA did it. :banghead:

  • #159
The jury put GA on trial...They talked more about him than they did the felon!

Now what CA just admitted that she was angry with KC about stealing they money from the family and had put pressure on her which CA denied in her depos, had this been represented to the jury as motive there's a good chance they would have found KC guilty. jmo

i highly recommend book "half broke horses" to you. i'm trying to get my son and daughter to read it too.

Jeannette Wallis (I think that is the authors name) wrote an earlier book called "The Glass Castle" which is even better than Half Broke Horses.
